Light and airy 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom oasis. Large open plan living/dining/kitchen area to enjoy time with family and friends. The house is just steps to the community beach and minutes to the boat launch. The golf course is at the back door. All the river fun you can have, right at your fingertips. Sit on the back porch and enjoy the amazing sunsets. Don't forget that Laughlin is 25 minutes north, for concerts and gambling if you like...

Great Experience

We stayed because we were on a business trip and the neighborhood was quiet the beds were comfortable. The house was super clean. Cooking was easy with all the pots, pans, and dishes. We don't like going out to eat every night so it was convenient to eat lunch and dinner there! Highly recommend

Great vacation spot

We had such a great time, the property was great. The property was clean, the kitchen was well stalked with everything to make cooking simple and easy. The host was amazing and very accommodating and always quick to respond. The river was so close to the house, just a quick walk down the stairs. We will definitely be staying here again.

River House

We go to the river once a month in the summer and this house is one of the nicest ones that we have rented. Nicely decorated, very clean and plenty of room for everyone. A great place to stay!

Amazing Home Highly Recommend

Very nice, spacious and clean. The patio area is a plus. Bbq, in back with table to eat on. Perfect.

It was very easy to rent. Property manager was excellent with communication and everything. Location was key. A short walk straight down to the water. Thank you for a great Vacation.

Great Location

Great Location. We have stayed in The Rio Buena Vista neighborhood several times. Location is great for a good time at the river. House was clean and stocked with everything we needed. Julie was great with communication and answering questions. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect Escape

Julies place was awesome. Beds were comfortable, couch was comfortable, back patio was awesome, and location to the water was the greatest. Communication with Julie was quick. Only thing that was the oven did not work. Slight inconvenience, but our group managed. Overall, we would stay again.

Our family has been enjoying this section of the Colorado River for 20yrs. We are so excited to be able to have a permanent home base there. We want to share it with friends, family and with fellow river enthusiasts.

When you first enter the front door, you can exhale the stress of the day. Our home is light and airy and comfortable. Enjoy the fully appointed kitchen, and family sized great room. The best place in the house is the back patio. Have a cup of coffee in the morning before a day of fun on the water. At the end of that day, watch the sun set over the golf course and the mountains, with a cocktail in hand. Throw some steaks on the grill and the day is complete.
