Beautiful 3,000 Sq. Ft. house.

Features and house description:

Sits on 1.25 acres

Includes 2 RV 50 amp hook-ups, with sewer.

Total of 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms

2 master bedrooms with walk-in closets, double vessel sinks, double shower-heads, granite counter-tops, and private toilet. King beds in both master bedrooms, plus mounted flat screen in each room. Both rooms have direct access to back patio with view of water.

Third bedroom, in main house, has a queen bed, plus a flat screen television. Has direct access to pool.

Full outdoor kitchen next to pool. Includes flat screen television, plus outdoor fireplace. Pool with waterfall.

Pool house has a queen size bed, plus full bathroom. Also includes flat screen.

House has a private beach, boat and watercraft launch area, plus a private bar overlooking the water.

Washer and dryer.

Prices vary depending on holiday and month:

RV hook-ups available on site. Additional cost of $75 per RV, per night.

Great property! This has everything you could want in an STR. The house has a beautiful layout, two out door kitchens, beachfront… comfortable beds, a bathroom for every bedroom. This house is perfect! Thank you for a great stay!

Property was beautiful and definitely family/kid friendly! We were 6 adults and 6 kids so this house was perfect for us. Property owner and Bobby were both amazing throughout the process - very attentive and responsive. Looking forward to our next stay!

This was such a great river trip! The entertainment house was amazing and had so many different outdoor spaces to sit, relax, and enjoy the scenery. We had an absolute blast and made some great memories. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a fun and relaxing getaway!

We have been renting this beautiful river house every summer for the past 15 years, and it has become one of our family's favorite traditions. The home is always spotless, well-maintained, and has everything we need for a relaxing getaway.The owner is absolutely wonderful—friendly, responsive, and always available if we have a question or need anything during our stay. It's clear they truly care about their guests and take great pride in keeping the property in excellent condition.Year after year, our experience has been exceptional, and we can't imagine spending our summers anywhere else. We highly recommend this river house to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and beautiful place to stay. We look forward to coming back every year!

Celebrated my son’s 21st birthday here with some friends and let me tell you, it was the best! The house is amazing! You have the luxury of a river front property, a cool bar area, a huge kitchen, a beautiful salt water pool, and 2 outdoor areas that are super cool. The bar and lounge are in front of the river was awesome. A private beach with a boat launch all to yourself! Definitely coming back.

Jon is an Outstanding host! Great communication and a beautiful home! Great for big families. The house was so comfortable and gave so many options for the kids to stay busy, men to fish and even off-road trails to enjoy close by. We will definitely be back!

He was incredibly responsive from start to finish, and anytime we needed anything, he was there within 15–30 minutes to help—truly above and beyond.A special thank you as well to Bobby for being so helpful during our stay—we really appreciated it!Our family really enjoyed our time here. The home was comfortable, welcoming, and made it easy to relax and enjoy our trip. Chose this property since my family, friends, and I would visit often during holidays and the summer for over 15 years. It's right on the water, plus there is a private beach where the kids can play, while the adults sit at the bar, overlooking the beach. When I purchased this property, it was nothing but land. The house was built to my tastes and needs.

It's perfect for anyone that enjoys water activities, going on dirt bikes, jeeps, and other desert toys. It's also a great place if you like laying out by the water, while eating, sleeping, or catching up on some reading.
