Includes 2 RV 50 amp hook-ups, with sewer.

Total of 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms

2 master bedrooms with walk-in closets, double vessel sinks, double shower-heads, granite counter-tops, and private toilet. King beds in both master bedrooms, plus mounted flat screen in each room. Both rooms have direct access to back patio with view of water.

Third bedroom, in main house, has a queen bed, plus a flat screen television. Has direct access to pool.

Full outdoor kitchen next to pool. Includes flat screen television, plus outdoor fireplace. Pool with waterfall.

Pool house has a queen size bed, plus full bathroom. Also includes flat screen.

House has a private beach, boat and watercraft launch area, plus a private bar overlooking the water.

Full size kitchen.

Washer and dryer.

Prices vary depending on holiday and month:

RV hook-ups available on site. Additional cost of $75 per RV, per night.

Family Holiday Getaway

Thanksgiving family trip

We stayed at the property for Thanksgiving with our family. The house was very nice. The owner even warmed up the pool. Spent a lot of time outside near the water with our dogs. The beach and bar area are so perfect for entertaining and the view is amazing. We would definitely stay here again.

Riverfront Home

I've rented this Riverfront Home for 6 nights every year for the last 10 years. House is very clean and listing is very accurate. The owner Jon is very helpful and responsive. See you next year......

The Best Colorado River House

This was the BEST experience our Family has had since we have been going (30yrs) to the River, this house was perfect, everybody had a room or casita to sleep in with a sliding door to step outside, the bar area on the beach was so fun, music, grill, refrig & sink, lounge area and view, but the best part for me was my own launch ramp, need I say anymore,!!

Amazing Stay

This is our 3rd year staying and we love how we feel right at home. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. The bathrooms are also stocked with shampoo, body wash and towels. Every room is stocked with blankets, pillows and TV’s. The house is so beautiful and extremely clean. Having a beach area and launch ramp is convenient for us to enjoy the river. The kids play all day on the beach area and we all ride the jet skis. The pool is fun at night when it lights up and we bbq outside. Jon is amazing and communicates and responds right away. He has always been very friendly and keeps the property immaculate.

Awesome Vacation Rental

Best place on the river

This is our favorite place to stay on the river and now that he has added a boat dock And jet ski dock it exceeds our expectations. Also, the water current is t too fast right here so it makes it easy to get in and out of the dock with the boat or jet skis. There’s surround sound music so you can hear music in the house, by the pool, on your private beach or by the outside bar. There is so many places to hangout at this place it’s hard deciding. The only downfall about this place is you need to book way in advance, so you have to know your schedule way in advance. We love this house and book it every year!

Best place on the river!

This is our fourth time coming to this amazing river house! Our kids love the beach and the pool! The boat ramp is easy to use and there’s a dock to tie up your boat and jet skis. The house is very comfortable and well laid out. Comes stocked with everything you need! The beds are super comfortable. The only problem is, you never want to leave! Can’t wait to come back again!

Amazing home with ALL amenities needed

Soo many wonderful things to say about the home and the host!!! This home is everything you can ever want or need for a getaway. It’s your own personal retreat that you never want to leave. The host Jon has been by far the greatest host I’ve dealt with on rentals and pays attention to detail and does what he can to make your visit memorable! We can’t wait to visit again!

This house is absolutely perfect. Everything you could ever ask for in a rental. Owner is very easy to work with and cares about his guests. He upgrades the property regularly adding fresh, new and/or necessary items to keep the experience safe, comfortable and luxurious for his guests. Always worth it.

Our favorite river house

We stay here a few times a year. We love the location, room set up where everyone gets their own bathroom, and the private beach. The house is well designed and equipped with everything you need.

Perfect Getaway with kids

This place was perfect for us, five grandchildren and five adults. The kids had a wonderful time playing in pool and on the beach, they were either at one or the other. The place was as advertised clean and had everything you could think of was there. Jon was extremely helpful with any concerns about house and things to do in the area. We did rent a Sea doo for the day from Jon and that was extremely nice, they had it full with fuel and put it in the water for us and we were ready to go. Thank you Jon, we had a great time at your place and look forward to doing it again!!!

Perfect River getaway

Our group had the best time here, the kids loved the pool, hot tub, and beach area. The adults enjoyed the outside bar and patio spaces. This place had it all. The dock was perfect for getting on jet skis and river activities. The beds were comfortable and all the TVs were smart and the WiFi was fast. Wish we could have spent more time here but we'll definitely try and stay here again. The owner and property manager couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. The kids won't stop talking about how much fun they had staying here.

Everything you could want!

Jon’s property is AMAZING! The location on the river is top notch and having its own boat launch/dock makes this property unbeatable! We spent all day down by the water playing on the beach and made good use of the bar! The kids loved the pool while the adults relaxed in the jacuzzi. The house was clean and very well stocked with all the amenities. We will be coming back soon!

It's right on the water, plus there is a private beach where the kids can play, while the adults sit at the bar, overlooking the beach. When I purchased this property, it was nothing but land. The house was built to my tastes and needs.

It's perfect for anyone that enjoys water activities, going on dirt bikes, jeeps, and other desert toys. It's also a great place if you like laying out by the water, while eating, sleeping, or catching up on some reading.
