2 bedroom villa situation on the south shore, so close to the ocean that you feel you are almost in it!

It is a private ocean front villa with direct water access. It is situated on the South Shore in a tranquil location allowing you to truly get away from it all. Grace Bay and all the amenities, restaurants, casino and bars are only 5 minutes drive away allowing you to have the best of both worlds. With Long Bay Beach close by (less than 1/2 mile), you really have all the options you could ask for!
The kitchen, dining and living room has an open plan concept, with a 16 foot sliding door giving you panorama views of the ocean. The slider opens out to an outdoor deck and outdoor dining area with a BBQ.
The kitchen has everything you might need, with brand new stainless steel appliances.
There are two large, comfortable bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, both with ocean views and plenty of closet space.
The villa is located close to Leeward Marina and only a 5 minute drive to Grace Bay Beach and Grace Bay Road where guests will find dining, groceries and entertainment. The location is sensational, the outdoor area is gorgeous and the living space is incredible. We are delighted with the renovation, and hope you and your family create great memories over the holiday season!

We have been living the in Turks & Caicos for over 10 years now. Our dear friends lived in this villa for years and has always been our favourite spot on island. When we had the opportunity to buy it, we jumped at it and feel so lucky to be the owners of this very special spot. Not only does it have the most amazing views, we have a lot of history with this villa, before we were the lucky owners. I had my bachelorette party here, my sister got married here and we have spent Christmas here with family. It truly is a special spot and we invite you to enjoy it.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad
Every room has expansive ocean views. It is in a quiet residential area but yet, everything from restaurants, grocery stores and the beaches are only minutes drive away. A truly special spot to appreciate the wonders of the ocean, marvel in the various shades of blue. The sun rises in front of the villa and it is the most peaceful time to watch the sunrise with a cup of coffee.
