The balcony at Sea Song offers an exceptional 270 degree view of the Atlantic Ocean and Nature Preserve. Relax with a cup of coffee or a cocktail at the outdoor pub height table, enjoy nature and unencumbered ocean views. Listen to the waves, watch the pelicans and osprey fly!

Sea Song has 2 king beds, fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, 2 updated bathrooms and tiled floors throughout unit. 3 Smart Flat screen TV’s in each bedroom and living room. The unique Sea inspired decor is an allurement for guests to sit back and relax after a busy day at the beach or sightseeing.

Beautiful, peaceful resort

We had an awesome week at NWP. The condo had everything you could ever need - even a wireless speaker and a full cabinet of spices. The onsite restaurant was convenient and good. We often had the gorgeous pool for ourselves. It really was perfect in most ways. Best VRBO I've ever stayed at. Only downside for us was the 25 minute drive to any other restaurant. We didn't want to drive at night due to the very dark roads, so we did spend all the nights at the resort eating at the onsite restaurant or cooking. Other than that, it is secluded, clean, gorgeous and quiet.

Peaceful and Relaxing

Sea Song is such a peaceful retreat! The resort being away from the busyness of Grace Bay is so relaxing. The condo is very nicely appointed with a fully stocked kitchen, comfy beds, nice bathrooms and a beautiful balcony for morning coffee or evening drinks. Perfect retreat

Amazing week at Sing Song

We had a wonderful stay at Northwest Point resort. Likely the most remote and relaxing place on the island but still only 20 min from amenities. We would certainly return here and recommend it to others.

Loved our stay at Sea Song!

We loved our stay! From the remoteness to all of the amenities, our stay and vacation were fantastic! Sea Song is well-equipped with everything you would need for the week. Having the pool and beach so close was what we had hoped for for our family. The quietness of being remote made for an excellent and relaxing vacation. Taylor Bay was our favorite day trip! We would definitely return to NWP Resort!

Peaceful Palace

Although it's not as big as a palace it had the perfect amount of space, perfectly stocked and perfectly private. We would definitely stay here again. It is away from the hustle and bustle of town, yet close enough if you want to to make a trip in. This is exactly what I needed.

Perfect Spot

We loved our stay at Sea Song. It was the perfect combination of a great condo with access to a beautiful beach, pool, and hot tub and also a 20-30 min drive away from the crowds. It was so relaxing and the drive into town was easy and so worth it to be away from the busyness of Grace Bay. The condo was well-stocked and one could easily make all meals here. We chose to have breakfasts on the balcony and ate out at night. Pamela was a great host and worked with us when our plans changed at the last minute. Highly recommend and hope to return

Well worth it

Absolutely nothing wrong with the apartment or the facilities. The only improvements that could make it better is to have more kitchen towels and to maybe only have a queen in the small room. A major plus is quality/quantity of utensils and spices in the kitchen. I would definitely stay here again as it is.

Just as advertised. Beautiful views, very nice condo.

Very quiet beach. Pool was great and very clean. The condo was just like in the pictures. Plenty of utensils, cooking ware, spices, etc. We just picked up groceries and were set for the week. We loved the quiet location and beautiful beach. There's even a coral you can snorkel at about 100 yards off the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Great condo

Great unit. The views are unbelievable. The complex is really remote so make sure you rent a car. Complex restaurant was closed for covid and nearest food is a 10 minute drive away so stock up in town.

Anniversary get away

My husband and I had the best experience while at this property. Pam met us upon arrival and was very thorough with all the details and available to us any time needed. The property was well appointed. We lacked nothing for our week. So clean and. Just the most spectacular views. Highly recommend and plan to return.

PERFECTION!

Our stay at Sea Song located at Northwest Point was perfect in every aspect. Others had mentioned the dirt road but it was easy to travel while also helping to keep this piece of paradise secluded. Sea Song had everything you could want for a perfect vacation. Pamela was very professional, heloful, and responsive. We will definitely return.

Sea Song

Very nice 2nd level condo with great views of the Caribbean. Very clean, nicely furnished and well equipped. Beautiful pool area and beach a few feet away. Pamela, property manager, was extremely helpful!! Two issues; could not swim in the Caribbean due to heavy sea grass. Also the 2+ mile dirt road leading to the complex was not fun!!

Wonderful stay

Wonderful experience in a remote part of TCI, yet close to town and other beaches. Property manager is very responsive and the property is laid back and relaxed. The condo has everything you need! Just r prepared for some gravel road on the last mile or so. Every worker there kept everything clean (pool, chairs, beaches). No complaints!

Beautiful condo with a fantastic view.

If you want a beach view, a good beach, beach chairs with shade, a great pool and a very quiet location this is for you. We found it to be the most affordable beachfront stay on the island. The restaurant is currently closed due to Covid and the location is out literally in them middle of nowhere so you have to have a car and be willing to drive on the left. Pamela was a great communicator and the condo is well equipped and comfortable.

Peaceful!

We enjoyed every bit of our vacation at Sea Song in Northwest Point! Kayaking, paddle boarding, and long walks on the beach were truly amazing with the beautiful blue water. We could see the coral and the fish as we paddle boarded. The condo had everything we needed and Pamela met as at the airport due to our late arrival. The views from the master bedroom and living room were spectacular! The condo was a little far from Grace Bay, but we rented a car and traveled to the area almost everyday. We were able to take advantage of our peaceful condo, yet we were also able to enjoy many great restaurants and activities the island offers. We would definitely like to visit Turks and Caicos again!

Isolated Elegance!

My husband and I were stunned by the beauty of the condo decor, the many top-notched appointments and the view of the ocean from the unit!! The pool and grounds were beautiful and well-maintained! Pamela was a jewel! She physically communicated with our car rental company when our car broke down prior to our arrival! She also responded immediately when we had a major hiccup with the HVAC!! The owners graciously paid for our dinner due to the inconvenience!! Thank you so very much! It was a pleasure to spend our 45th Wedding Anniversary in your gorgeous condo!

10 STARS!!!

This condo rental deserves 10 stars! My wife and I along with our 2 teenage kids stayed here for 7 fabulous nights and the place far exceeded our expectations. After reviewing the rental in VRBO we were impressed that 100% of the feedback was positive and provided a 5 star rating, so we were very comfortable booking the rental. Once we arrived, we quickly recognized why everyone rated the rental 5 stars! ! The condo and location is amazing-incredible views, private and very clean beach, beautiful pool, and very friendly staff! The condo is located about 5 miles from downtown and all of the busy resorts and resturaunts. We rented a car from Grace Bay Rentals, which was very convenient. The condo is perfect if you want a relaxing, peaceful, and private place to stay with easy access to all the conveniences of the island. The owners were great to work with and the on sight manager contacted us the day after arrival just to check in and see if we needed anything! We have traveled to many different locations and rented from various different condo owners and this one was the best place we have stayed, by far. I highly recommend if you are looking for a beautiful beachfront condo with privacy and convenience. The snorkling at the beach was excellent also.

Gorgeous Property

We stayed in Sea Song for 6 nights in late March 2019. The condo unit is just as pictured in the photos and absolutely beautiful. The view from the balcony is fabulous - sunrises in the morning over the water, and, from what we were told, sunsets later in the summer months. Everything about the condo was fabulous. The kitchen is exceedingly well stocked with everything you could possibly need for cooking, a large variety of spices, etc. The AC worked very well, but don't hesitate to open up and take advantage of the fabulous ocean breezes. The owners have thought of providing pretty much anything you could possibly need. The only thing we might have wanted was a portable beach umbrella to take with us when we visited some of the other island beaches, but understand those likely don't last long if made available to guests, especially with the ocean winds. The Northwest Point resort is just lovely. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and well maintained. We enjoyed both the beach cabanas and the lovely pool/hot tub area. We did not utilize the restaurant, but it was open during our stay. This resort is a bit remote, and, as such, significantly fewer people than in Grace Bay area resorts. This was exactly what we were looking for, so perfect for us. Just know that if you will be visiting Providenciales for the first time, this resort is a little drive (about 20 minutes) from the Grace Bay restaurants/resorts. If you're looking for tranquility in a gorgeous setting, then this unit is for you. You can't go wrong.

Beautiful Seclusion…

Pros: Isolated. We saw only a handful of humans on the property the entire 5 day stay and that was perfect for us. The beach was nice to walk. The pool was lovely and hardly used. The grounds were clean and beautiful. Sunrises on the lanai were spectacular. The unit is clean and updated. The kitchen is super well equipped and we cooked every night. It was recommended that we not drink the water so we boiled all our water every night for the next day to avoid purchasing plastic but that wasn’t a big deal for us. The bedding was clean and seemed new, lots of towels available, the furniture was clean and comfortable. Cons: Isolated. If you don’t like complete isolation, this isn’t your place. The hot tub had a strong chemical smell such that we couldn’t sit in it. The beach was covered in a lot of seaweed and the water was pretty much unswimmable (although a local said that was because we were there after a hurricane). The smell of the unit was overpowering for me. I admit that I am sensitive to smells but there was a musty/moldy smell in the unit which was unbearable. The first night I was trying to come up with solutions to get out of staying there. By the second day it had improved but I struggled with it the entire time. I frequently left the slider open to help improve the smell temporarily but preferred to eat my meals and relax outside because of it. My travel buddy thought it was strong the first day, but after that she didn’t really smell it much. If you are sensitive to smells, you may struggle here.

We are in partnership with Pamela Walkin. Pamela is a Turks and Caicos Islander, she owns and operates her Professional Property Management company called Carribean Dreams Management. Pamela offers a wide range of services. Upon request, she will meet and greet our guests at the airport. Pamela provides a orientation to guests and is available by phone if needed during your stay.

We fell in love with Northwest Point Resort because of it's back to nature appeal and the seclusion from crowds. We enjoy the privacy, the away from the crowds location, but mostly it's our ultimate relaxation paradise.

There are miles of pristine beach to walk and explore, nature at it's finest. Our end unit is bright with stunning ocean views. We love sitting on the balcony listening to music and just getting a major case of the stares. After a long day of being outdoors, we enjoy relaxing and observing the night sky from the hot tub.
