Stunning, unobstructed views of Deer Valley and Park City Ski Resorts overlooking the Park Meadows private golf course. Two master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, two additional bedrooms that sleep two and four. Pull-out queen sofa in loft for two more. Newly remodeled kitchen and all four bathrooms provide a state of the art and elegant experience.

Perfectly situated in Park Meadows only minutes to Park City Resort, Deer Valley, the Canyons and Main Street. High ceilings, beautiful furnishings, the house sleeps 10-12 very comfortably, and is ideal for couples, families, and business travelers.

World Class skiing and snowboarding, golf, mountain biking and hiking outside your front door. Park City offers every outdoor activity imaginable within minutes including fly fishing, river rafting, jet skiing and boating on the Jordanelle Reservoir as well as outdoor concerts, balloon rides and some of the finest restaurants anywhere. Enjoy this private setting with 8,000 acres of open space for your backyard. Trails are maintained for use year round with roaming herds of elk.

For Sundance attendees, book early as this home will sell out and offers a perfect setting to entertain and enjoy the festivities.

Best ski stay we've had

The home was beautiful with tons of space for the kids to play in the snow and the kitchen was amazingly stocked. Mary was amazing and ensured we had a great time.

Enjoyable vacation spot

We enjoyed the house. Felt that calling it 5 bedroom was a stretch. Mary was easy to work with and compensated us for an out of service dishwasher.

Ski Trip

Had a wonderful stay. Great place to stay for ski trip to Park City/Canyons. Parking for either resort base 10 mins away. Home located in great neighborhood with easy access to shopping, sight seeing and local hiking. Festive neighbor during Holiday Season. Host very helpful prior and through out the stay.

I love this place!

Fabulous! Beautifully appointed home, very comfortable, quiet, stunning views as promised. Perfect for our family. Owners are very accommodating and communicative. This is in the perfect location in PC. Super Clean and wonderful kitchen. Will be back for sure.

Perfect but hot upstairs

This place was perfect for our needs, super clean and has beautiful view and yard. Cooking was easy with plenty of spices, good pans and small appliances. Beds and pillows super comfy and A/C in master bedroom saved me from the heat and kept me well rested. Kids upstairs were hot without A/C at night since the days were hot but they had plenty of fans to help. Community pool and hot tub were shut down for maintenance and it didn’t seem like anyone was actively working on it during our week stay. we went to the city rec center down the street 1 day but would’ve swam more had we been able to walk w young kids. Hot tub was great for sore muscles after long mtn bike rides. Owner was available and helpful. Even had the mail key in the drawer when something i ordered to the place was delivered by the post office. Overall Highly recommend

This is a great very well appointed home with all the equipment one might need. Mary in particular is an amazing host and cares incredibly of you well being.

Perfect Park City Getaway

Our group of friends had a wonderful time in this beautiful home. The views are unbelievable, and the house is very warm and comfortable for a group. If you enjoy cooking, the kitchen is set up for real chefs with great knives, pans, etc. A real pleasure and very unusual for a rental. Great, quiet neighborhood with really nice amenities (pool, tennis courts). Perfect location close to everything. Will be back this winter!

The views are to die for, and the home is located in the best neighborhood in Park City. Quiet, friendly, full of homes with families. Feels more local. Very picturesque. And close to everything - 2 miles to old town Park City, and 5 miles to Deer Valley, Park City and The Canyons.
