Renovations recently completed! Grab your flip flops and head to the beach! This popular 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Spinnaker has easy access to many of the favorite amenities unique to Seabrook Island such as: Seabrook's Pelican Beach, Seabrook Island House and Golf Courses, and Seabrook Beach Club to name a few. Spend your day lounging by the pool or enjoying the 3.5 miles of pristine beach with gentle ocean waves to keep you cool.
This elevated beach house has plenty of room for your coastal gathering. Once inside the vaulted ceiling and wall of windows in the spacious great room highlight the natural beauty of Seabrook. Comfortable furniture and new floors make this area a great family space to enjoy games, reading or watching tv. The kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully stocked for your convenience.
The dining room, adjacent to the great room has a large table with seating for 6. Sliding doors lead to the outdoor deck where there is a picnic table and propane grill for your barbecuing delight.
The spacious primary bedroom is upstairs and has a king bed and upholstered chaise lounge chair. Sliding doors on both sides of the master lead to dual private decks that are perfect for sipping sweet tea and watching the Seabrook wildlife as the day unfolds. The bathroom is ensuite with a new tiled shower.
The guest room is on the first level and can sleep 4 with a queen bed plus a full size bed as well as a wall mounted tv. The full guest bath is located in a private hall just outside the guest room.
Three smart televisions and WiFi are available for all guests when you are not at the beach enjoying the day.
There is also a laundry room on the the first level with a stacked washer and dryer for your convenience.
This Spinnaker welcomes up to (2) dogs with required additional fees per pet to apply. The outdoor shower on the lower level is perfect for rinsing off pets and sandy toes!
Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 2
The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass
LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver's license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children
Amenity Cards are required to use the Seabrook Island Club and SIPOA Lake House facilities. This property includes access to the Club amenities: the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply). Amenity cards are arranged through the Seabrook Island Amenity office.

Cancellation Policy:
For cancellation made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest's under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows:
For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest's under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
