A Beautiful property with all the amenities! The hosts are friendly & accommodating. The furnishings and house were perfect for a luxurious get away. Everything was very clean and neat. Lovely marsh views from the back porch during breakfst. The beach at Seabrook is breathtaking. The club is fantastic for pool time and golf. 10/10!

Nice vacation spot

The unit was as described - beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the screened in porch with marsh view.

Great stay on SBI

The Villa was clean with plenty of room for the two of us and our dog. The screened-in porch was perfect to sit and enjoy morning coffee and listen to the birds while taking in the view of the marsh. Great location and easy to get to!

Best vacation spot ever!

Would have like to give it a better review condo not bad overall communication although was horrible. First of no access to amenities till the next day then at the office she had no idea of us getting them then we were never told where the fob was for the pool until after we inquired about it. There was construction noise early am and all day this also was never disclosed upon renting. To make things worse the upstairs was young people maybe college age fighting with each other yelling and speeding out of the lot and then loud till 2am. Unfortunately was looking for a week to u nwind and relax
