Our town home was bought brand new in Dec. 2019 & is across from the Ft. Worth Linwood Park. Our town home has two stories with the three bedrooms & three full bathrooms upstairs. The downstairs has a half bath, two car garage, side porch, living room w/ gas fireplace, modern kitchen w/ gas cook-top and large dining table that seats 6-8.

We are walking distance to Montgomery Plaza, Crockett Row off 7th St, many other local eateries & bars. We are also a short uber drive to Dickie's Arena, TCU, Camp Bowie shops & restaurants, Casa Manana, Will Rogers Arena, Trinity Park and so much more. The TRE Fort Worth Central Station is 2.5 mi away, which can take you to Dallas (American Airlines Center), Grapevine and DFW Airport.

Great stay in the heart of Fort Worth

Excellent property in nice neighborhood close to center of Ft. Worth

Nice neighborhood of duplexes and townhouses. Close to shops, restaurants, and parks and about 2 miles from center of downtown. House was spacious and clean. The outdoor space is limited to a patio. There is a 2-car garage that we did not use. Issues: Furnishing in the middle bedroom- the loft bed with desk underneath are both very awkward to use. Nice to find some condiments and a few beers in the fridge, but there were some very out-of-date items that need to be thrown out.

Mom’s weekend

I came with a few other mom for a quick weekend away. This place was so perfect. Super clean, comfy beds and decor was done well! We wished we could have stayed longer. The location was In the cutest neighborhood we were able to walk to coffee and breakfast each morning so never utilized the well stocked kitchen. Uber rides were quick to the Stockyards!

Amazing property for any visit to Ft. Worth

I wish I could give this rating even more stars! The property seems brand new, with gorgeous design and furnishings practically right out of an episode of HGTV. The living area is spacious, the outdoor covered patio is like it’s own calming retreat, the kitchen is sleek and modern, and the bedrooms are also surprisingly large and inviting. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom, great for older kids or others who want privacy. The neighborhood is lovely, and within walking distance of Target and many other great stores and restaurants. There’s even a large garage in back so you don’t have to park on the street, which is a little narrow. Overall an amazing place, highly recommended to anyone!

Labor Day Event

This is a gorgeous property and I would definitely stay there again! To add, the owner is of good sound character; which I feel is even more important. There was an issue with the reservation and Ashlee went above and beyond to resolve it. We all enjoyed ourselves there in Fort Worth!
