access from the ground level (with garage) to the main level.

The backyard is a peaceful retreat day or night and is unlike any in Captiva’s village. It features a private heated pool plus
an in-ground spa tub, all surrounded by an elegantly furnished sun deck.  The serene tropical garden is beautifully illuminated
at night and has a delightful path winding through the exotic foliage and flowers.

Porches and Decks. There are many porches and decks at Sunny Days. The first you’ll notice upon entering the
property is the grand front porch, which spans the entire width of the house. Traditional high-back rocking chairs
invite relaxation, while the tropical plantings in the front yard offer some privacy and the impression of a faraway tropical paradise.

The screened lanai in the back adjoins the dining area on the main level and overlooks the private pool and garden.
It is roofed in case of a tropical shower and has a broad staircase down to the pool patio. It is accessed through double
French doors from the kitchen and dining area. There is a separate set of French doors leading from the primary suite.

 Games! Sunny Days  game equipment includes an Air Hockey table, foosball table, and ping pong table.
The entire glass wall can slide away to open this area onto the outdoor pool deck.

All reservations/cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions (policies) of the American Realty Rental Agreement once the reservation is booked thru 3rd party platforms.

Policies include, but are not limited, to a 4% credit card / debit card
convenience fee and  $255.00 cancellation fee (plus applicable tax).
You may cancel your reservation up to 120 days before arrival and
your payments (excluding the reservation fee and applicable tax) will be refunded.
 After this date, no cancellations are allowed and no refunds will be made.
