The house was beautiful, in the ideal location about half-way between the shops and restaurants and the beach, and it fit our group of twelve adults perfectly!

The house was exactly as advertised and an unbelievable experience for our family! It felt like we had a mini resort with all the amenities - especially the pool! And so MUCH space for everyone was a huge plus! Finally, the golf cart made getting around Captiva super easy and fun. Thank you for great vacation!

Great family property on Andy Rosse. Close to everything. Had everything needed for the beach. We were a family of 14 with 5 children ages 7 and under and the space was great for them. All master suites was great for the adults.

BEAUTIFUL!

We were the first family to stay there since they renovated the property so there a few questions we had but CONNOR and his team at kingfisher realtors were wonderful! Would definitely stay there again.

Family Reunion

Great property to rent. Easily handles up to 14 with 7 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms. Nice location. Had a great family reunion.

Great stay!

This home was beautiful. Our family of 14 fit without a problem, enjoying the beautiful courtyard, pool, hot tub, and tv room with pool table. You can find live music, food and drinks within steps from the home, and the beach is a quick 2 minute walk. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful family trip

We visited Captiva with our extended family & this house met our every need! It’s a quick walk to the beach & in the middle of everything you could need on the island. There were plenty of beach chairs, a large wagon, umbrella, towels, everything we needed for a fun day at the beach! The kids & teens loved the pool, hot tub, pool table & sauna. Highly recommend!
