Recently remodeled and decorated tastefully, you`ll be wowed by the magnificent view of Shavers Lake and the mountains from the balcony. This 1 bedroom (QUEEN and twin bunk) and 1 bath condo also comes with modern kitchen amenities, a cozy living room with a high end Stearns & Foster fold-out couch, flat-screen TVs, and Free high-speed City Net Internet access and DISH Network HD TV channels. Enjoy the convenience of portable A/C in the summer and coin-operated laundry facilities right down the hall.
