Literally steps to the beach and boardwalk. Location that can’t be beat at Seaside Heights. This 2nd floor unit (unit #2) of a 2 family house is beautifully renovated and is now available.

No need to stress about packing extras on vacation. All bed and bath essentials are included with fully equipped kitchen.

Smart TV with Hulu + Live TV (HBO, Sports & Showtime) included. You can also sign in with your Netflix account.

*** Outdoor Space
Outdoor Space is shared (Ground Floor). Picnic tables, outdoor shower and Grills. Please clean after yourself after using the outdoor space and grill.

Newly installed central air conditioning and heating system with nest thermostat

*** Build with Security and convenience in mind
Front door security camera and electronic key-less lock for easy access.

*** Guest Access
You will have full access to the entire apartment with two assigned parking spaces (back to back parking). Street parking and paid parking lot are also available nearby.

The unit has keypad access for easy entry after the initial greeting.

Backyard is a shared space that includes outdoor bench and barbecue grills to enjoy with your friends and family. This space is shared with guests from 3 other units.

All guests must be at least 25 years old unless the unit is being rented by a family. Photo identification may be required for age verification purposes.

We provide essentials such as bed linen, bath towels and hand towels. Please bring your own beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella and other beach essential for beach use.

great getaway!

We visited during the off season which made for a peaceful and enjoyable visit - literally less than a minute from the boardwalk, so location cannot be beat. The place itself is comfortable and well decorated. In the summer, it'd be a dream spot. For this Thanksgiving weekend, it was also a dream spot!

Late season trip

We had a great time. The unit could not have been closer to the boardwalk and was exactly as described. We appreciated extras like the hdmi cord do we could watch football when we were tired of the beach!

Seaside stay

We loved our apartment. Everyone was exactly how it said it would be. Clean, bright and all the amenities we needed. Host was easy to communicate with and very quick response. We can’t wait until next year!

This was our second time and it was wonderful! The hosts are so accommodating. The location is amazing and most importantly the unit is very clean! The hosts think of little details to make the stay so nice. Highly recommend!

Perfect shore house on the boardwalk

Beautiful property, comfortable beds, hot showers with great water pressure, everything to use the grills and kitchen, and close to all the action. All the comforts of home seamless and effortless. We loved grilling in the outdoor space and enjoyed the prestine gardens Vivian tends too, hosts were so friendly and the communication was excellent. We loved being able to see the ocean and boardwalk from the bedrooms! Thank you Vivian and Jack!

Summer trip

I haven’t been to seaside since I was a kid, since hurricane Andrew, 32 years to be exact, and what a great location! I’m always afraid to give kudos because it would be hard for me to book again lol, but I always have to make sure that good hosts get their compliments! Some listings are photo placed and you get there and it’s not what you expected. NOT THIS PLACE! The pics are accurate, actually the pics don’t do it justice. Jack and Vivian are attentive, if you have ANY ISSUES JACK AND VIVAN ARE THERE FOR YOU! the garden is gorgeous in the common area outside for you to enjoy your bbqing. The space was practically right on the water with an ocean view, I mean you could walk from the beach to the apartment, just amazing, so not to lug everything around. The beds were super comfortable, which is great cause I have a bad back, So much in fact I wanted one for home! I carry my whole house with me when I travel just in case, lol but this place has everything you need! Plus there is an acme and cvs right down the street just great! In the words of Arnold lol I’ll be back!

Girlfriends weekend

From the moment we inquired about the property to after we checked out the host was friendly and responsive! Answered all of our questions right away! The property is clean, spacious and perfectly decorated with all the amenities we needed, and then some, and in a perfect location! Parking is provided too! Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Another amazing stay!

This was our second year at Jack and Vivian’s beach retreat and we loved it. The location is amazing and the condo is the perfect size for us (two adults and two teens). Cant wait for next year!

Girls weekend

We came to this property for a short girls weekend and we had the best time. It was on the boardwalk so the location was great. The hosts communicated with us and were very timely with their responses. They accommodated us by allowing to park the car and giving us our beach passes earlier than check in so we could get our weekend started. Overall, it was a great stay and I would come here again.

Perfect Location

We stayed at the beach block 2nd floor booking and it was absolutely perfect for our family with 2 teenagers. Steps to the boardwalk and beach. This is not a party house. Everything was very clean, in place and the hosts are wonderful and very friendly. Stop looking and book this property.

Perfect Weeknd Getaway!

Me and my friends loved our stay here! It was right next to the boardwalk, so we didnt have to drive anywhere during our stay! The property was clean and updated, with everything in working condition. It was the perfect size for the 4 of us! We all agreed we will be coming back in the near future!

Memorial Day Weekend Fun in Seaside

Took my 16 year old daughter and 3 friends to spend the weekend in Seaside and this rental was perfect. Very clean and spacious for all of us. Parking on the property and nice outdoor space for grilling and hanging out. Location is perfect since its literally steps from the boardwalk and beach but not in the busiest part of this fun city. Definitely recommend for a family to enjoy the beach and boardwalk. We will be back!

Great place, great location!

Fantastic little gem just steps from the Boardwalk on the Jersey Shore! We stayed with 5 adults and we never felt crowed. Could not have asked for a better place! We are already planning to return next year!

Great for teens!

We loved our stay! Great place, plenty of room for 4-6 people. Teens loved the location next to the beach and boardwalk. The place was really cute, nicely decorated. Appreciated the amenities and beach badges. We also enjoyed the courtyard with outdoor shower. We can't wait to book next year! Thanks Jack and Vivian : )

Amazing stay at Seaside Heights!

This was our first time at the Jersey Shore and it won’t be our last! The property was perfect for our party (two adults and two teens). The property is only steps to the boardwalk and the beach and although some of the reviews mentioned noise we didn’t find it noisy…it’s towards the end of the boardwalk and not in the midst of all the craziness. Check in and out was seamless and the owners checked in to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Outdoor shower and laundry was a plus as was the central ac after days at the beach and walking the boardwalk. It was a PERFECT stay and we can’t wait to stay here again next year.

Great overall experience

Great overall. I Will echo what others have said about the noise from the boardwalk, but mid-week in June, it was mild. My only real complaint is that there are no curtains to block light from the windows. With street lights on all night, it was never truly dark at night. And with little kids who need to nap during the day, it was a struggle as the room was bright all the time. Otherwise, we had a terrific stay and would highly recommend the property and it's management.

Always want a property by the beach. Great Location right off the boardwalk and beach.

Once you park the car, you can literally walk to anywhere in town. No dragging luggage, beach towels, coolers, beach chairs etc. No extra parking fee. Supermarket, convenience store and pharmacy are very close by. Many good restaurant are also within walking distance. You can also take the sky ride to the main attractions.
