LIVING AREAS

A spacious open living area offers a fabulous entertaining space. Gleaming marble tile floors flow throughout, and large windows flood the space with light. An open-concept tiled living room takes center stage, with a set of sliding glass doors out to the spectacular yard where you'll find outside dining for six, a well-lit outdoor bar, a gas grill, and plenty of space for your group to lounge and soak up the sun. Watch the kids splash away the day in your private pool or gather for a movie night on the leather couch and love seat in front of a 65" Smart TV, as well as bookshelves stocked with reading material and games. If you are in the mood to watch something different, curl up on the couch and two arm chairs of the second living room outfitted with another 65" Smart TV. When the kids go to bed, pour yourself a drink at the outdoor bar and hop into the hot tub to unwind.

KITCHEN & DINING

This home boasts four large bedrooms (each with it's own Smart TV with Xfinity Cable included), including three master suites, that sleep 10 in total making it an ideal place for combined groups. Four full baths are stocked with complimentary toiletries.

Rest on a cloud-like king bed in the first master bedroom featuring a 50" Smart TV with Xfinity cable included & dark wood finishing; complete with a large dresser, walk-in closet, ceiling fan, and his an en-suite bathrooms featuring dual vessel sinks, a walk-in shower, a separate bathtub and a second large walk-in closet.

Step directly onto the patio from the second master bedroom, which offers a comfy queen bed outfitted with chic linens, a 43" Smart TV with Xfinity Cable included, plenty of storage space, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The third bedroom has another queen bed, a 50" Smart TV with Xfinity Cable Included, ceiling fan, closet & an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The fourth bedroom offers a twin-over-full bunk bed plus a twin bed, a 50" Smart TV with Xfinity Cable Included, and a desk. Next door to it, the fourth full bath has a walk-in glass shower.

EXTRA AMENITIES

Guest amenities include a complimentary starter supply of snacks & beverages, complimentary toiletries, complimentary blazing fast Wi-Fi, Xfinity Cable TV, parking for up to 6 cars (four in the driveway and a two-car garage), Washer/Dryer, extra linens, and beach towels. Beach equipment including a cooler, beach chairs, umbrella, and beach cart are also provided.

THINGS TO NOTE:

Boat owners are prohibited from parking trailers on the property. Guests who park a trailer on the property will be responsible for fines billed from the HOA & City.

You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

Upon booking, we require a copy of the lead guest's drivers license matching the name of the credit card used to book.

Absolutely no noise after 10pm outside. No parties or gatherings allowed.

There is a max of 10 guests allowed overnight, and a max of 14 guests allowed at any other time.

Signing our Rental agreement and Pool Waiver is required for al stays. To see a copy of these agreements please reach out to us and we will be happy to provide them prior booking.

LOCATION & AREA HIGHLIGHTS

A haven for coastal activities, the house is across the street from the ocean and numerous beautiful beach parks. Enjoy fishing, boating, snorkeling, and kayaking at Phil Foster Park (13-minute walk). For boat lovers, Cannonsport Marina is just down the street.
The oceanfront park of Riviera Beach is a short walk away (5 min) and has great amenities for a fun-filled day at the beach including a kids' playground, outdoor showers, beach volleyball and beach tennis courts, as well as cabanas for rent. Ocean Reef Park is also a short walk (10 min) and offers a guarded swimming area and another playground.
Golf lovers are in for a treat -- the house is just over a 20-minute drive from PGA National Golf Club, home of the PGA and five championship 18-hole courses! Tennis courts are also located just 10 minutes away. Just a 15 minute drive away, Rapids Water Park is the ultimate place to cool off on blue-sky days.
Once the sun sets and you are not up for cooking, checkout local favorites like Two Drunken Goats and Johnny Longboats, just a short walk away, or walk up the street for happy hour at Coconuts on the Beach.
