This rental is very close to downtown. Anything you need groceries, Walmart, gas is no more than 10 minutes away.

A great 1 bedroom apartment with a very easy walk to downtown Flagstaff. No real amenities except location. Bed was comfortable. Communication with host was excellent. Would definitely stay there again

Weekend get away

Our Verbo experience was fantastic! The location was excellent, within walking distance from downtown and Thorpe Park. We were able to leave our car in an allotted space and walk everywhere thanks to the perfect weather.

Great location!

This VRBO is sweet & tidy. Perfect for two people! The bath towels were so comfy! We were able to park our car and walk into town everyday. Very close to the Lowell Observatory. Thank you to Patrice for your hospitality!

Great Stay

This rental was very clean and as advertised. Our 3 night stay was very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The location was within healthy walking distance of the historic downtown area. Patrice is a very good and responsive host.

The unit was very clean. The amenities were well stocked and the door lock worked very well. Very quiet community and everyone respected parking assignments. Thank you for the quick responsiveness Patrice.

Disappointed

It was clean and fairly well stocked. However, it’s like an old single level apartment complex, two buildings in a row facing each other with probably 5 units on each side. Would be great for college students, but there is nowhere for an older couple to enjoy their morning coffee outside or have someone for dinner and eat outside in privacy. That Flagstaff weather is too nice to be stuck inside. Full disclosure would have been nice, especially since we are on a fixed income. We ended up not staying the whole time we reserved it.

I’m certain your negative comments and low rating were a result of us not allowing you to have additional guests spend the night after you had already arrived. It is clearly stated in the listing that there is a 2 person limit. I guess your low rating is a not so subtle payback. Everything that you comment about is in the listing if you looked at the photos and read the descriptions - no patio and yes it is a small 4 unit apartment building. You did complete your entire stay and you didn’t leave until the evening on your last night. Next time book for the correct number of guests. If things are important to you such as patios I suggest you communicate with the host prior to booking. For others seeing this I would say to read the other recent reviews to see the nice things all of the guests have said. I wish you safe travels and hope next time you find something that better suits your needs.

Peaceful July 4 night stay

The Cottage is a clean and peaceful one level fully furnished brick apartment (700 sq feet) set inside of a quiet residential area, and located about 2 minutes from downtown Flagstaff and Lowell Observatory. The Cottage’s kitchen has ALL the appliances and gadgets needed to cook any meal. It includes a coffee maker & tea kettle, gas stove, clean microwave and refrigerator/freezer with cold frozen mugs and 2 ice trays. All cleaning supplies, trash bags, plastic baggies, paper towels and even basic spices are provided.The bedroom (firm king sized bed) includes a small AC unit behind the bed and a fan above. It has a medium walk in closet that includes ample storage for clothes (with hangers), fans, pillows, blankets, ect. The bathroom includes all necessities such as towels, toilet paper, and the shower/tub has terrific water pressure and HOT water with a soap/shampoo/conditioner dispenser.The area was extremely quiet in the morning and evening, which is the only time I was there.Check in is at 4pm, and check out is at 11am. Prompt communication with the property manager at all times. The Cottage is perfect for 1-2 ppl. Its outside view is limited, but you will have plenty of things to do in Flagstaff to view scenery. In the mornings and evenings I opened the 2 front windows and blinds to let the light in and to circulate the fresh mountain air. I would definitely visit again for the price, location and accommodations. Thank you!

Great location and perfect weekend!

We loved the place. It was perfect for our weekend getaway. Extremely clean and had every amenity in the kitchen and bathroom you could possibly need. Easy walk to downtown. Bed and couch were both really comfortable! Appreciated the Roku and parking spot. Very safe area. Will definitely stay again!

great location, quiet, clean and comfortable

Very clean, terrific location. Convenient parking near the unit. AC in bedroom works great (a little noisy, but ear plugs take care of that easily). Plenty of closet space if you need it. WiFi works great.

Cute place in great location

This was the perfect cozy place for two people. It's very well stocked and close to restaurants and breweries downtown but the neighborhood is quiet.
