Cute Little Yellow Cottage Across From the Beach!

FRESH PHOTOS! Newly Updated 3 Bedroom/1.5 Bathroom Amelia Island Beach House!

This cozy little pet-friendly cottage is just across the street from beach access and is nestled into the perfect spot to easily walk to beachfront restaurants, Fort Clinch State Park, and Main Beach. Plus, Egan's Creek Greenway, the Amelia Island Lighthouse (the oldest existing one in the state of Florida), and Historic Downtown Fernandina Beach are just a short drive or leisurely bike ride away!

Enjoy this freshly furnished and gorgeously re-decorated cottage with a private, enclosed backyard! Grill out on the back deck after a day spent on the beautiful beach or exploring the island!

The half bath leads out to a spacious outdoor shower, which is also accessible through the backyard and is perfect for rinsing sand off.

The fully equipped kitchen and dining area are ideal for families making meals or just whipping up a quick snack. The full-capacity washer and dryer make it easy to clean clothes, towels, sheets, or any other fabrics.

When the day draws to a close, guests can sleep deeply in the king size bed in the main bedroom, the queen in the second bedroom, or on the trundle bed in the flex space (which pulls out to include two twin beds).

The front porch offers peek-a-boo ocean views, making it a great place to sip your coffee while watching the sunrise. The circular driveway out front is ideal for safely entering and exiting the property.

Bike rentals are available nearby and there are various public golf courses on the island. Please inquire for additional information.

Please note that only dogs are considered and they must be approved by management. There are size and breed restrictions, and guests must agree to certain terms and conditions. A $150 nonrefundable fee will be required per dog and guests must sign the pet agreement. If the pet fee is not automatically applied at booking, it will be after the reservation is created. Note that dogs must be current on all vaccinations, be house broken, be spayed or neutered, and must be sociable with people and other dogs. No cats or other pets will be considered.

Fantastic location! Walk across the street to the beach, walk to Clinch Fort park, walk to the rec center (7 /day to use nice gym and pool),Walk to Salt life and Sandbar restaurants. Home is super cute w awesome back yard and outdoor shower. We will stay here again !

Cutest, little, happy place. The artsy, beachy environment was so uplifting after losing our mom and mother-in-law this year. It was a great place for distraction and healing. Everything was wonderful and thoughtfully provided.

Wonderful cottage!

Great location near main beach and dog-friendly which was awesome. Very clean, tastefully decorated, with a well-appointed kitchen. Everything we needed for an enjoyable, relaxing stay.

Terrific beach rental

Charming beach cottage. Very well appointed, close to the beach and some great restaurants. Wonderful back yard which was an added bonus. We hope to return in the future.

Slice of Heaven

Great location, close to the beach, within distance to downtown. We really enjoyed our stay. Fenced in yard is a plus for our fury friend. Wished we can stay longer. Definitely we’ll consider this cottage for future

Cozy charm

We absolutely love this house, have stayed for the past four years here. Great location, house is charming, everything you need. Back deck and yard beautiful and private, beach access across the street.

Excellent location and property

This was our first family beach trip with our baby girl! The location was perfect, and the house was exactly what we needed. The backyard was so peaceful. We enjoyed our stay, and I hope that we can make this a family tradition every year.

Adorable cottage

We enjoyed the cutest cottage for Ga/Fl weekend. Great location. Our fur babies were able to come along and we loved sitting out on the back porch with a beautiful yard. Nicley stocked, decorated, and comfortable

Beach Trip with the Pups

This rental is one of the best! Very clean and well-stocked, conveniently located to restaurants and a 2 minute walk to the beach, very comfortable and pretty, beautiful backyard, and pup friendly! Highly recommend!
