Beautiful Apartment for you and your family and/or friends, at 5 minutes walking from a great and gorgeous beach, 5 to 10 minutes from restaurants, malls, shopping's, car rentals, groceries store, gas stations, located in a very safety area in Miami, also the property have smart doorbell for security main door, at just 15-20 minutes to South Beach and Fort Lauderdale Beach, around 25 minutes from Miami International Airports and 15 minutes from Fort Lauderdale Int'l airport, all distance depends on traffic.

Important things to know:
1. Guest online registration form is required to be completed for me to send you the check-in instructions 24hours before your arrival. Please make sure to read through my house rules and agree to them before confirming your reservation.

2. The maximum number of nights allowed to be booked is 29 nights. Please contact me if you require more than 29 nights, do not book instantly.

3. The latest arrival time is at 9 PM as the process would need me to virtually open the entrance lobby door for you. If you are arriving later than 9 PM there is a $15 per hour fee. please make sure to inform me in advance.

4. Security cameras are everywhere in the building/premises where my condo is located. Also there is a smart door bell security installed in the condo main door which guests can use only to communicate directly with me in case of emergency by pressing the button on the device.

5. Early check-in before 4 PM is possible for an additional fee of $75 and subject to availability with a prior request is required.

6. Late check-out after 10 AM is possible for an additional fee of $75 and subject to availability with a prior request is required.

Excellent location

This unit is close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Our host, Frank, was easy to work with and provided excellent instructions.

Dughters graduation gift

The stay was great. 1 1/2 blocks from the ocean. There are many restaurants within a few blocks of walking distance; and hundreds with a 15 min drive. Located directly between Ft. Lauderdale and Miami; so trips to either would be very easy. We had a great stay and would reccomend this place to anyone who wanting to goto the Lauderdale/Miami area.

Great location in Sunny Iles

Nice condo in a quiet area. We were 2 couples and had plenty of space. Beach is walking distance approximately 5-8 minutes. It was great to have beach chairs and a cooler supplied from the condo. The pool is nice. We didn’t get to use it much. The condo is dated but clean abd has everything we needed.

Great week

We had the chance to spend a great week at Frank's condo. Great service from our host. Despite the air conditioning problem, Frank fixed the situation. The condo is super well located with lots of items for the beach. The pool is well maintained. In addition the condo is not up to date, it would need a few brush strokes. Thanks to Frank and his dedication. I recommend this condo. Stephane

Charming but a bit dated

Frank is a very great host. Communication was easy and nothing was missing. The condo was really clean. There is a dishwasher and the king bed was comfortable. There is no washing machine or dryer in the apartment but there is a laundry room a few steps away in the same building ($3.50 a load). The condo is very big, and it felt very safe as you need a key to enter the lobby and the parking area. We also appreciated the big kitchen table. The cons : The kitchen hasn’t been renovated and looks very dated. It’s functional though! The living room couch is also a bit dated and has probably seen better days. Overall, I would definitely recommend Frank’s condo! 4.5 stars ⭐️

It was OK

Frank's place was nice and big, but there were a few things that would be better to improve for the 5-star rating. 1) The floors in the apartment were dirty and covered with sand. It did not feel clean when you stepped barefoot and the socks got black at the bottom immediately. 2) The sofa's cushions must be replaced. Those looked and felt dirty too. They were out of shape and were uncomfortable to sit on. 3) The entrance to the smaller bedroom had a marble step which was high enough to be needed to step over it, but small enough to notice right away. My son hit his toes and almost broke it when we just came. We covered it with the beach towel for the rest of the stay so no one else got injured. 4) The water pressure in the bathroom near the living room was so bad, that only our 5 years old can tolerate it. For other people, it would take forever even to get wet.

Owner is very dishonest

We stayed at the property from Sunday till Friday. Owner lied about construction that was planned for entire week with drilling and banging on the balconies just above the unit. Owner disclosed only “emergency fix on Balconies that didn’t bother anyone”,when I asked if it was loud. I learned from the building management that construction for that section was for entire week, and host again was claiming that it was only for couple of hours. Our car was also in the dust from construction in other part of the building above his parking spot. Lots of vague promises from owner and avoidance of specifics. In the end the host submitted absolutely false claim that we did damage to his faucets, toilets, sofa, Fridge and Freezer and stolen his towels. We were very accurate, disposed the garbage and checked out when he asked to, and luckily made photos and videos just before check out. Very dishonest!

To be clear with you again and let the whole Vrbo community know what kind of person you and your group are. 1) You did submit a booking with one person only instead of 4 people and 2 kids who showed up on your check-in. 2) I told you the balconies' renovation "will be noise and workers around the building" same day of your booking to give you time to cancel your booking. 3) After 2nd days of stay, you complained about a noise inconsistent for 30 minutes in the whole day. 4) Next day, you complained again about workers noise and I told you if noise and workes boder you, you can cancel and I refund your money. 5) Instaed of that you requested me, your entire money, plus hotel, plus a compensation for the inconvenience, which you already knew way before your check-in and I gave you the chance to cancel your booking many times, and you didn't it. 6) A day before leaving, complained again for workers' noise and a ridiculous car wash when they parked on the opposite side of the remodeling. 7) On top of that, you no only complained for almost every day for the same issue, you left my property with damages and missing items that I reported Vrbo inmidiatly with all evidence of my pics and videos about how you left my property. 8) I wonder why VRBO don't believed in you when you sent your evidence as you say that you didn't damages and missed items in my property, sorry but they told me that you submitted false evidence, that's why they paid me for your damages and missed items. TO ALL HOSTS IN OUR COMMUNITY, BE CAREFUL WITH THIS KIND OF FAKE, DISHONEST, DISRESPECTFUL AND TROUBLE PEOPLE.

Amazing Experience! Highly recommend

Loved our stay in this property. Frank has been an amazing host. He made sure we are comfortable. The AC was out but it didn’t bother us but he right away bought two new electric fans and sent a technician to fixed it. The property is clean and close to stores and of course the beach 🥰. If it’s your first time in Miami this property is really a good spot. Thank you Frank for the wonderful experience and hoping to be back soon. Giving your more than 5 stars for taking good care of us!

Wonderful Sunny Isle Stay

Great location in safe and quiet Sunny Isle. Our host, Frank, was very organized. Check in and out super easy. Unit had everything we needed for a 3 week stay. Place spotless. Beds very comfortable. Beach easy walk. Lots of shops and restaurant within walking distance. Pool was warm! Highly recommend!

Perfect family vacation with the beach less than a 10 minute walk. Safe, quiet, and clean.

This property is taken care of for being an older building. It's very clean and quiet. Everything that we needed was provided for our stay. Frank was very organized and clear about his check in/out procedures, and responded to all messages promptly. I definitely recommend this property.

Amazing Area

This place is extremely close to the beach, restaurants, and some stores. There are chairs, towels and even a cart to take to the beach. The beach is such a short walk away. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. Frank was very nice and easy to work with. If we are ever back in that area we would certainly stay there again.

Amazing Accommodations

What a great apartment!! This place was clean, comfortable & located in a great neighborhood. The beach was less than a 10 minute walk in a nice, safe area. There were many dining options, shopping choices & watersport attractions within a short drive on the A1A. Would DEFINITELY recommend Frank and his Oceanside apartment!! 5+ stars…..our entire family was happy with our stay!!!

Traumatic VRBO experience

Lets just say We won't ever book via VRBO again. The hosts home was infested with roaches, silver fish and bed bugs. What was a family trip associated with a major surgery turned into an traumatic experience that was 7 days long. We cleaned the house up and down, but roaches of all sizes roamed the house at any given time on the walls, in the refrigerator and in the kitchen. We told the property owner THE VERY FIRST day, and the following day he had maintenance spray two squirts of a banned roach chemical in the kitchen ; the maintenance man said they poured the banned chemicals out and replaced it with natural chemicals, took a few photos and that was it. It was ridiculous. We were scared to cook food, and threw everything out immediately. The bedsheets were dirty, everything was dirty. We spent over $20 washing the towels, sheets and pillow cases ( the comforters are too large to wash ) The master bedroom shower didn't have a door. The living room TV is about 19 inches and is not in HD, only 4 channels have HD and the quality is terrible - same issue for the master bedroom TV - second bedroom doesn't have a TV. In the kitchen, there is no vent so when you cook it quickly fills the entire house. The sink disposal didn't work. You can hear the neighbors slamming their doors throughout the day. You have to drive 10 minutes to the nearest public beach. On top of all the challenges we faced, the property owner had the audacity to LIE and say we broke his MICROWAVE and SINK - in attempts to withhold a $99 property fee! That whole week in Miami was disgusting due to the property we stayed in, and communication with VRBO been stressful and simply embarrassing.

INFORM INMEDIATLY AT VRBO .............. Thank you for your review about my property with so many lies and poor excuses, that VRBO and me never believed you, you invented everything in order to be in my property for free and anyone with common sense, would not say so many ridiculous and stupid comments with no be true and also breaking and damaging my property by the end, btw, I wonder why my previous guests who left the same day you arrived, did not mention in their reviews their bad experience with all the roach, silver fish and bed bug infections having in my property, according you, I wonder why not!!!!! Rather I understand your frustration when I told you that check in is at 4pm and you wanted to enter at 9 in the morning because someone had bad medical conditions and I explained you several times that my previous guests leaving at 10am plus I need to clean and prepare my property for you and you don't care because you want your check in at 9am ..... By the way, I personally clean my property and none previous guests have said so many ridiculous and stupid things together as you say about my property and with no sense whatsoever, with so many fantasies, poor excuses and really bad creativity and VRBO it was not believed. Also I understand that you have big traumatic mental health problems, that is not my problem, nor that of VRBO community and I advise all the hosts of this community to be very careful with this type of people since they look for any ridiculous excuse and stupid to stay for free in our properties. BTW, to be clear to you about your bunch of stupidities and ridiculous, with your big traumatic mental health problems, the beach is at 5 minutes walking from my property, so I don't know why you took a car and drive for 10 minutes, my TVs has more than 132 channels in two 32 inch plasmas, so I don't know where you watched the TV , have a big window in the Kitchen plus a fan, main bathroom no door only a big glass as I designed my bath, the kitchen sink does not have a disposal, it doesn't say in my listing, the rest I cleaned by myself and everything was clean and mint when you received as well as my previous guests. PLEASE BEWARE!!!!! FOR ALL THE HOST IN THIS COMMUNITY, BE CAREFUL WITH THIS KIND OF DANGEROUS PEOPLE WHO ARE RENTING OR TRYING TO RENT OUR PROPERTIES AND THEY TRYING TO STAY FOR FREE WITH POOR AND STUPIDS EXCUSE ABOUT OUR PROPERTIES AND THEY END UP DAMAGING ........ INFORM IMMEDIATELY AT VRBO ..............
