Apartment has two bedrooms (queen size beds) + one den with closed door and a sleeper sofa. It sleeps comfortably six guests and there are two bathrooms. Parking is mandatory valet however one parking is included at no additional fee. The building is a three minute walk to the beach (across the street) and it has a gym and a pool with a jacuzzi. The property is close to many restaurants, parks, synagogues and shopping centers.

The condominium is clean, beautiful and very conveniently located. Beach is 5 minutes away. There is a 24 hour Walgreens 2 minutes away. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. The owners are very nice, they met us in the lobby and showed us their condo. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone who wishes to stay in Sunny Isles Beach.

Great location, very nice space with a lovely little balcony. Amparo was very welcoming. Your car is valet parked and you request it. Walgreens, cafe and spa are all right there.

Great experience. Amparo and Benjamin were lovely. The apartment was well-equipped, clean, comfortable, and close to the beach. Location was very convenient. Would stay again!

We've been staying in the King David building for years, but this was our first time in this apartment. It was perfect for our needs: clean, well-stocked and maintained, comfortable (beds and all), and convenient. The check-in process at the front desk takes 10 minutes or so but is easy, and the staff is extremely friendly. Our host was extremely communicative, responded to messages immediately, and checked in to make sure all was as expected. Our family of four (with children ages 13 and 10) will enthusiastically stay in this unit again if it's available, and recommend it to others as well.

Great place!

We were very happy with the condo. It is clean, in a good location, close to the beach, public transit, restaurants and grocery stores. The owners were very attentive to our needs.

Wonderful vacation

The place is beautiful and location is very convenient. Very close to the beach and all the shops and restaurants. Benjamin was a wonderful host. We would come back.

Great home and location!

Condo was very clean and as advertised. We came for the beach and this was located close to several. The owners we super friendly and great communicators. Highly recommend and will look forward to staying here again the next time we come to south Florida!

Large, airy condo very nicely furnished and appointed. Friendly hosts, excellent location close to good restaurants. Partial obstruction of view toward ocean by new building, otherwise everything excellent.

The place was amazing and the hosts were great to communicate with. They were very accomidating during a cancelled flight and checked in on us duogn the weather. Would almostlg come back!

Great rental and location

Overall it was a fantastic place. I had three teenage boys and a 7 year old and this was perfect for us. Benjamin and his wife were communicative and great to deal with and the apartment was in an absolutely perfect spot. The pool was easy to access and all four boys loved going to the pool. Definitely worth it for anyone who wants to be right near the beach and in the middle of Sunny Isles.

Perfect Family Vacation in cozy place !!

The building is conveniently located near beach (5 min walk) and all the restaurants( all sorts food is available less than 10min walk)and shopping( everything is nearby including Aventura mall) . The place was very clean and equipped to make our family time perfect. Beds are comfortable , furniture is tasteful and elegant ! Owner Benjamin is sweet guy welcomed us at place and was very courteous.Loved the paintings all over . Building has its own pool ,quiet place to relax !! Place is more beautiful than pics !! Would love to go back next time !

Excellent stay

Excellent proximity to the beach. Close to Restaurants. Close to Walgreens. Wonderful host, very attentive and helpful. Willing to accommodate requests. Enough space for the whole family. Washer dryer dishwasher. Close to Publix. Very clean. Not missing anything in the house. Great car valet service. The elevators are fast.
