2 bedrooms each with queen beds, very comfortable pillowtop spring mattress in master and thick memory foam mattress in bedroom below, 1 queen sofa bed (crate and barrel pull out couch). We also have an extra twin air mattress for additional guests. House will sleep 4 comfortably, and up to 7 in total if you need with the extra mattresses.
