Beautiful Balboa Waterfront!
Play or relax in this beautiful Lake Balboa waterfront home and enjoy all that Hot Springs Village and the surrounding areas have to offer. The home itself sits on an acre lot with 180 feet of lake frontage. The rental portion includes a roomy 1,968 square feet of living area accessible from the main/entry level. The lower level is not included as it is reserved for the owner’s use when guests are not present.
Whether you’re into golf, tennis, pickle ball, fishing, swimming, kayaking (2 kayaks included), or just looking to get away from it all, you’re sure to enjoy your stay. The views are amazing from the deck, living room, kitchen, and dining room. The outdoor waterfall fountain, grill, and sitting area are all added bonuses. The home has a level driveway too, which is very nice.
The swim dock was added spring 2020. We love the new addition and know our guests will too.

We have had family reside in the village since the 90’s and of course all have loved living in HSV. My dad purchased this lake home to share with family and friends as well as guests a few years ago. We love each of our visits and know you will too.
