BEAUTIFUL Lake DeSoto 2 level townhome. Enjoy spectacular views of the lake from the master bedroom, living room and large upper and lower decks overlooking the lake. ***PETS ACCEPTED on case-by-case basis with prior approval. $75 per pet fee applies. Maximum of 2 pets ($100 total for 2 pets for the extra cleaning and house treatments we do after each traveler with pets) .

Four to six guests can stay in comfort in this updated home with a well-stocked kitchen, 2 large downstairs bedrooms (one king bed, one queen bed) , 1 1/2 bathrooms, full size washer/dryer. Living room boasts a 65 inch Smart TV with cable tv, Blu-Ray player. Master bedroom has 55in Smart TV, cable, Blu-ray player, etc.

Enjoy the sunrise and sunset from the large top deck while enjoying the spectacular views of Lake DeSoto, or just relax on the deck furniture or simply enjoy grilling on the BBQ (charcoal or propane). Three (3) kayaks and a paddleboard are available for guests as well as fishing poles and light tackle. The lower deck offers water access for swimming, boating, kayaking, or fishing the well stocked lake. For large family events, you can rent our other townhome, right next door to this unit.

I also offer a 20ft Pontoon boat for guests to rent ($175/day which includes your fuel) if they choose to (qualified boat operators only with a signed waiver and hold harmless agreement)

This town home is located only 3 miles from the desired West entry to Hot Springs Village and nearby restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping (WalMart, Village Ace Hardware, various dining locations, etc.). Its approximately 16 miles to historic Hot Springs

While in the Village you can play the 9 fantastic golf courses, enjoy the many hiking and bike trails, fishing, and water sports. Lake DeSoto has the Waypoint Marina with boats, kayaks, canoes and paddle boats for rent and a restaurant. There is a state-of-the-art fitness center available with an indoor pool, massage therapist, and many classes to choose from. There are 12 clay tennis courts and nearby pickle ball courts. Let’s not forget the Village’s two very nice beaches on Lake Cortez and Lake Balboa!

If you’re looking for adventure outside of the Village, go to nearby Hot Springs for horse races at Oaklawn Park and gambling, see the historic bathhouses, visit art galleries or visit Lake Hamilton.

This property is 13 miles to Lake Ouachita and Ouachita National Forest where you can rent a boat and fish or cruise the largest fresh water lake in Arkansas (a gorgeous 40,000 acre lake). The Lake Ouachita area offers swimming, beautiful beaches and abundant walking trails. Lastly, why not bring your motorcycles and take a motorcycle ride up the famous Scenic Biway Highway 7 for some incredible views in the country. Rent this beautiful townhome and come on in for a visit!

Pets are on a case-by-case basis with a $75 pet fee (max 2 pets with a $100 total pet fee). Please, no smoking indoors.
