Four to Six guests can stay in comfort in this updated home with a well-stocked kitchen (granite countertops, updated appliances, Keurig, fully stocked kitchen), 2 large downstairs bedrooms, 1 1/2 bathrooms, full washer/dryer in unit. Living room boasts a 65inch Smart TV, Blu-Ray player and WiFi. Master bedroom has a 55inch Smart TV. Ample DVDs and reading material in the unit for rainy days or quiet nights.

Enjoy the sunrise and sunset from the large upper deck while enjoying the spectacular views of Lake DeSoto, or just relax on the deck or simply enjoy grilling on the BBQ (charcoal and/or propane). 3 Kayaks and 1 Paddleboard are available for your enjoyment at the property as well as fishing poles and modest fishing tackle for use. The lower deck offers water access for swimming, boating, kayaking, paddle boarding or fishing the well stocked lake.

I also offer a 20ft Pontoon boat for guests to rent ($150/day includes your fuel) if they choose to (qualified boat operators only with a signed waiver and hold harmless agreement). Please inquire for more details upon booking.

For large family/party events (6 to 15 people) you can rent our other two townhomes, right next door "Casa Bellissima" and "Lucky 13" to this unit.

This town home is located only 2.5 miles from the desired West entry to Hot Springs Village and nearby restaurants, grocery store, and shopping (WalMart, Ace Hardware, Post Office, McDonald's, Subway, El Jimidor, Domino's, Charlie's Italian pizza pub, The Shack for great burgers, The Bee Hive for tappas, and many others.

While in the Village you can play the 9 fantastic golf courses, enjoy the many hiking and bike trails, fishing, and water sports. Lake DeSoto (200 acres) has a marina (Waypoint Marina) with boats, kayaks, canoes and paddle boats for rent. There is the newly built outdoor Desoto Pool just a mile from your place. There is a state-of-the-art fitness center at the Coronado Center available with an indoor pool, massage therapist, and many classes to choose from. There are 12 clay tennis courts and nearby Desoto pickle ball (12) courts. Let’s not forget the Village’s two very nice beaches on Lake Desoto and Lake Balboa!

If you’re looking for adventure outside of the Village, go to nearby Hot Springs for horse races (Oaklawn race track) and casino gambling, see the historic bathhouses, visit art galleries or visit Lake Hamilton. Just 16 miles to the historic bathhouse row.

This property is 13 miles to Lake Ouachita and Ouachita National Forest where you can rent a boat and fish or cruise the largest fresh water lake in Arkansas (breathtakingly gorgeous). Lake Ouachita (40,000 acres) area offers swimming, beautiful beaches and abundant walking trails.

Lastly, why not bring your motorcycles and take a motorcycle ride up Highway 7 Scenic Biway for some of the best scenic views in the country (and catch the famous Dragontail and the Arkansas Pigtail). The Scenic Hwy 7 Biway is approximately 170 miles takes you to the Missouri state line.
