House Tips:
Home is located in a residential area and strictly enforced by HOA.
It is important that we are courteous and mindful of our neighbors.
Parking: 4 car overnight maximum. 2 cars in garage and 2 on the street in front of house.
NO PARKING IN FRONT OF NEIGHBORS HOMES.
Parking is not allowed in the alley way behind the house.
Additional parking available if needed ( contact Host through VRBO).

All guest must be registered upon booking. No additional guest without Host approval.
No smoking in the house.
No pets allowed.

It's fully stocked with pots, pans, cooking gear, sharp knives, etc. There is plenty of serving ware, plates, silverware, etc. for your group. We usually have plenty of condiments, sugar, basic spices, and coffee on hand.

BATHROOMS
The house has 2 full bathrooms and plenty of towels.
