Pet-friendly, cozy 2,400 sq foot home with open concept kitchen, dining, and living room with a well equipped kitchen for you foodie lovers, a washer and dryer, a wood burning stove, and central heating and air. Amenities include Dish Network, Free WiFi, Smart TV's, 2 king beds, 1 full bed, and a day bed with trundle, 2 full baths and 1 half bath.
Outside features a spacious screened in porch over looking Ocklawaha Creek, with 2 kayaks for adventures, dockside access to a popular swimming and water skiing spot on the lake, a large dock with 2 boat slips, outdoor gas grill, picnic area, a cleaning station for fish and two outdoor sinks. There is a public boat launch just minutes away.

This home is located 15 minutes from I-10 and Quincy, less than 30 minutes from Tallahassee, 30 minutes from Wakulla Springs, and less than 1 hour from the beautiful Gulf Coast. Lake Talquin offers hiking, canoeing, kayaking, water skiing, fishing, wildlife viewing, and more.

The lake view was awesome. The house is plenty big enough and clean. The screened in porch was great. The dock is in terrible shape and at the point of being dangerous. The outside needs a good pressure washing but overall we would had a great time and would stay there again .

The house was very clean and the space was wonderful for the family. the kitchen had all the electrical appliances that were needed, there were a variety of spices in the shelf. The bathroom was stocked with towels, and hand soap. Parking was available for the entire weekend. Family and friends were impressed with the house,

We love this place so much that even though my husband broke his arm there last memorial day when he slipped after a good rain, we went back this year. Still love it. Fishing was great. There is great sandy swimming areas, kyaking, etc. We had a wave runner go missing this year....lol, but thankfully we found it. The space in this house is great. Plenty of living space and sleeping space. We love the upper outdoor screened porch. Great for relaxing.

The home is on a beautiful lake. Very relaxing and plenty of room for everyone to enjoy. The host is very responsive and kind. There was a neighborhood wide issue with the water pressure and the owner called the utility company right away and they came out same day. The pressure remained low during our stay but we knew it was being worked on and was out of the homeowners control. We truly enjoyed our time.

Spacious, clean and very comfortable, everything you need and then some. Great screened in back deck! Quiet neighborhood. Would have given 5 stars but for several rotten boards on the dock and the back stairs that are overdue for replacement. Our family is anxious to return.
