This cabin is a hidden gem. Tastefully decorated, clean, great location, comfortable, and hosts communication was excellent. We had a great 4 night stay and would definitely book again if in the area.

The house was perfect for two couples. Beautiful location and the hosts were very attentive. The hosts had a nice touch by leaving some water, snacks, coffee and other added amenities which made the stay. They care about their guests. Thank you Rick and Carla!

Great place and location! A great area in the hills away from all the hustle bustle and central to everything The cabin was spacious but had a very cozy feel. Hanging out on the deck around the gas fireplace listening to stream was incredible!

Such generous hospitality! Although remote, the house was exceptionally clean/homey, the owners anticipated our needs and we were pleased with walking trail live music at Saloon. Thank you to our gracious hosts!

We rented this house for some employees working in the area for several weeks, and it was an excellent experience. Rick and Carla are fantastic hosts. They communicate well and timely and it was a pleasure to work with them. They are very thoughtful and kind hosts and I would absolutely rent this house again. The value was very good for the price we paid.

Gorgeous cabin. The hosts went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed to have an amazing stay. The kitchen had all the little "extras" to make mealtime away from home so much easier - truly, the whole cabin had all those little touches and extras to make our stay enjoyable. We definitely plan to stay here again!

The property is well maintained, clean and well stocked. It’s a peaceful place and we spent a large amount of time on the covered deck enjoying the view and watching the world go by. The dining table is large and accommodated our group of 8 adults and an infant perfectly. Rick and Carla are very hospitable and took care of any issues that arose. Beds are comfortable including the sofa beds. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils and the dishwasher made things easy. Washer and dryer came in handily during our two week stay. Perfect centralized location and with the small town of Rochford we had fun interacting with the locals. Rapid Creek can be heard bubbling nearby and we fished and caught little brookies for fun. The Michelson trail is close and a fun walk or bike ride. Also we got fresh eggs from a local just down the street. Live music on Saturday and Sunday afternoons was a plus as well.
