OUR NEST is a romantic, cozy, hideaway studio; a place to rest, relax, rejuvenate or work in a comfortable environment away from home. Inviting studio with comfortable bed and couch, close enough to enjoy a beach day, fishing, golfing, kayaking, exploring historical Downtown New Port Richey, enjoy parks or new Trinity shopping and Outlet malls! Only 45 min from Tampa International, Bush Gardens, FL Aqauerium, Dali Museum Mahaffey Theater, and many shops and Malls. Enjoy a pet & family friendly neighborhood, take a stroll by he pond and you might spot turkey's, squirrels, ducks, ospreys, owls, egrets, sand cranes, turtles, raccoons, armadillo's and an occasional deer if your lucky! An hour away from Bush Gardens Tpa, St Pete 's sugar-sand beaches, Lowry Park Zoo, MOSI, & Weeki Wachee River; 2 hours from Mount Dora/Disney Orlando; 20min away from Tarpon Sponge Docks, Dunedin, quaint coastal tourist attractions and Malls. Studio attached to main residence, own private entrance, open parking spot. Normal living noises.Mixed family neighborhood. No washer and Dryer, and does not have a full kitchen. Kitchenette area is equipped with sink, Refridgerator, Microwave, Large electric frying pan, Toaster, Coffee pot, Air fryer and Toaster oven and electric Kettle.

Our Nest is a very romantic place to spend your time, especially on Valentine's Day.

Our host Helna, was very Oriented to detail of her little Studio home. It is easy to rate this 5 Stars since it truly is a very clean and nice place to stay. It has all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay.

Great stay!

This property is super cute! The owner is very accommodating and communicative. I was late on my check in and Wilna was so sweet and texted me to make sure I was ok, and then turned lights on for me! The bed is really comfortable, there’s plenty of room, it’s clean...everything you would want for a great stay! I would definitely recommend this property for your Tampa area stay!

June was a wonderful guest. She was quiet, respectful and communicated well. She left Our NEst in Perfect condition! We will always welcome back. Recommend her to her as a great traveller!

Very Comfortable Stay!

From the moment I booked "The Nest" I felt very taken care of by the host. She was receptive and flexible in communication. Check-in was flawless. The neighborhood is family and community oriented. It was a great place to then explore the town and parks of New Port Richey. The facilities were clean, comfortable and well stocked with goodies for the guest. I would highly recommend this Vrbo property and hosts!

Lee Anne was an excellent guest! She left Our Nest in Perfect condition, followed house rules and was very kind! She was an outstanding guest! I hope she will come back, and also tell others about Our Nest! Great guest to have! Lee Ann had two bookings because she wanted to check out the Internet speed, then she booked the second stay! She did not rate the first stay, but she was wonderful as a guest!

Excellent Choice

It was more than we expected not that we didn’t expect it to be nice it was the little extras they added for us some cookies snacks and two valentine chocolates and also had some water in the refrigerator and coffee and tea’s. The host were wonderful always asking us if we needed anything and very friendly. Was a pleasure meeting them and staying there. It was nice and quiet and very comfortable. I highly recommend this place for a couple or single to stay.Definitely would stay here again. Owas described as .

Very Quiet and Relaxing

This was our first time using Vrbo and it was a great experience. If you’re looking for a Hilton or Marriott this isn’t the place for you. The easiest check in I’ve ever had. There wasn’t any slamming of doors, kids running up and down the hall, someone playing their TV to loud. It was a great place to stay while looking for a winter home. The price was very reasonable - we had first checked hotels and their prices were outrageous. The Hosts were a great couple

We cannot say enough good things about this adorable place. They have taken extreme measures to ensure you have everything you need to make this your home away from home. Unfortunately, We were there for a family members last days and it was so nice after a long day to go back and have a cup of tea and relax rather than go back to a hotel room. The owners constantly checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. It was nice and quiet and the bed was so comfortable. We had everything we could possibly need and more including a flat iron and pad to put it on. We definitely recommend this cute little nest and would go back again if in the area.

Review of Our Nest

As this was my first rental on VRBO I was tentative but rewarded by my choice. My hosts, Wilna and Andress were attentive and caring without being intrusive. Their unit was as described furnished in an eclectic manner. The area was safe and enjoyable to walk in. Restaurants, golf courses, gyms, etc. can all be located by using a google search of your requirements. Although there are not laundry facilities on location there is a laundramat on Hwy 54 and Madison Av. in the WinnDixie Plaza. It is open from 6:15 AM to 8:00 PM with an attendant on location who will wash, dry, and fold laundry by the pound. There are brandnew industrial washers and dryers which are reasonable priced as well as outside tables to sit at with a restaurant next door. I would stay there again when I return to this area of Florida.

Cozy and Clean

I would highly recommend this studio! I had a wonderful stay here. Wilna and her husband are so very kind and are extremely attentive to any needs a guest has. They were prompt and communicated very well my entire time there. Cute, cozy and simply a great and affordable place to stay!

Pleasantly Suprised

I have to say that during this time a year there wasn't much to choose from as expected. So under normal circumstances I don't know if I would have chosen this for my stay. I am a firm believer that things happen for a reason and I'm so happy the stars aligned just right and have me an opportunity to stay at a place that has so much home appeal and the attention to detail is next level. I was pleasantly surprised no only to the attention to detail but also to the attentiveness of the homeowners. It seems as if someone was always there and ready to assist in any way necessary. I would definitely stay again and would recommend. They are a true asset to this app / organization.

Wayne and Emily were amazing guests! They followed all the house rules, were respectful and responded promptly on communication. They left the place CLEAN and in perfect order!
