A Relaxing Retreat

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This 3 bedroom, 2 Bathroom convenient home is located on a quiet street close to US Route 19. This spot is perfect for the go-getter, as there are plenty of things to do, within just a short drive like Key Vista Nature Park and Anclote Gulf Park. Shopping is close by as well.

This home comes with a fenced in backyard and a private drive with plenty of room for parking. After you have spent your day out and about, feel free to come home and kick back in the backyard. This home also includes a fire pit and patio area, to really maximize relaxation. Other perks of your stay include being close to grocery stores and other big box retail. You are also only 40 minutes from Clearwater Beach and 40 Minutes to the Tampa Airport. Please note that there is no swimming at this home, there for we don't supply any beach equipment. We recommend you bring your own if you plan to visit a nearby beach.

No Parties or events
Neighbors value the serenity of a quiet neighborhood. Please follow all Parking, pet restrictions and property boundaries as well as monitor occupancy and noise levels to ensure consistency.
**Do not set the temps below 70 degrees. This will cause the ac to freeze up as they will not be able to cycle on and off. In Florida weather all ac’s can only cool so far with doors constantly being open and closed.**
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home including vaping of any kind and the use of medical marijuana. If smoking outside, please dispose of butts in appropriate containers and do not litter gardens or the yards.
• Garbage and recycling Day is Tuesday and Friday. Please place garbage containers curbside on Wednesday night.
• The Sewage System of our home will be damaged if products other than toilet paper are flushed. The following are a few examples of items that cannot be flushed: diapers, bones, sanitary products, coffee grounds, band aids and dental floss.
TV is Wi-Fi streaming only using apps such as Netflix. Please bring your log in information for those apps as you will need them. There is no cable. It is a Roku device which does have the Roku channel for some free tv.
Quiet time is from 9 pm until 7am. Visitors who remain in the home after 9 pm will be considered extra guests and you will be charged as such. Visitors are any persons not listed in the reservation.
• We allow up to 2 pets for an additional fee of $150.00. You can add a third animal for another $50 fee. Our homes will only accommodate up to 3 pets, per reservation. If pets are brought in without our knowledge then a $500 daily fee will be applied or result in immediate eviction with no refunds for remainder of your stay. Please keep pets on leash or in fenced back yard. Be sure both gates are closed and please clean up after your pet and dispose of pet waste properly.
• The Barbeque grill has propane. Please clean and turn off tank after each use.
• Please wear shoes at all times when walking on shells in side yard as they are sharp and can cut your feet.
• Please note that Lawn maintenance will be done between the hrs of 7am and Sunset dependent on weather any day of the week.
Disclaimer: there is a security camera at the front door which is also the porch light and will be running during your entire stay and result in a fee or immediate eviction if turned off.
To help prevent the spread of Covid-19, we have enhanced our cleaning procedures by blocking off 24 hours before and after a guest has stayed in the home.

PLEASE NOTE: we cannot offer refunds for issues related to insects or weather conditions including but not limited to no wifi, power outages or issues out of our control. Our property is located in a natural environment where insects and changing weather are part of the experience. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy your stay.

In Preparation of your departure, we ask that you:
• Remove all refuse from the home and yards and place it in the containers outside.
• Please strip beds and place used sheets in washer.
• Ensure dishes are washed or the dishwasher is loaded and started.
• Please make sure toaster and coffee pot are unplugged and emptied . All lights and fans are off with the exception of the Front porch light and lamp on desk.
• Please be sure all hoses and propane tanks are turned off.
• Please set Air conditioner back to 80 degrees.

Great location

Our staff stayed here while working the Valspar golf tournament. It was convenient for them to get to and from the course. One bonus was having AC units in each bedroom! No more complaining about someone not wanting it as cold as another person! Plenty of room for 3 adult men to spread out, too.

Great Time in Holiday!

Property had everything we needed. Our dog loved the fenced in back yard. Really close to 3 county parks with walking and a beach.

Nice 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath Home in Holiday, Fl

We were pleasantly surprised by the nice house in a modest residential neighborhood off US 19. The appliances worked well and were like new. We are a mature couple with two small dogs. The dogs loved the fenced back yard. The 2 full bathrooms were like custom ceramic tile with nice showers in both. We found the king bed in the Master bedroom to be very comfortable. Tammy, the property manager was very prompt in responding though we really had no issues during our three and a half months stay. The neighbors were no problem whatsoever. We would return without hesitation. Conveniently located for the sponge docks and Clearwater beaches.

Great family home with pets!

I could not be more pleased! Our family needed an immediate stay due to lightning striking our home. Tammy was amazing! She worked with our needs and got us placed earlier than requested. Home is fully stocked and updated. Clean, stocked, convenient to restaurants and stores. We stayed two weeks and could not have been more comfortable. I have never seen a home with four huge tvs before. Fenced yard was great for our dogs. There is a resident turtle who has a burrow in the backyard. I sat outside, enjoyed coffee and the birds every morning. Five stars!!!
