Perfection

This unit in Encanterra offered everything we needed. It is decorated beautifully, very comfortable, and centrally located with being close to both La Casa and Algarve. It was well stocked with essentials and more. The owner is fantastic- helpful, accessible, and very knowledgeable about the community. I highly recommend this unit if you are waiting for your home to be completed or just need a break from life with a vacation. Encanterra is a very welcoming and friendly community. It’s less then 15 minutes from San Tan Regional Park if you enjoy mountain biking or hiking. We are so thankful to be able to stay in this wonderful place.

“Enchanted Land”

This is our eighth visit in 10 years (Covid interrupted) and we’ve never been disappointed. Our current property feels much larger than it’s 1300 ft.². Nicely appointed, adequately supplied with all the necessities, and a lovely location equi-distant from both swimming areas and activity centers. The owners manual explains all aspects of the unit, it’s TV, Internet etc. completely and clearly. We certainly would not hesitate to return here again.

This was a lovely home in a great community.

This property was very well maintained. The kitchen was well-stocked. There was also lots of green space around the home that was lovely to look at throughout the day. We also thought the mattresses were just great. I have had back issues and so nice to have a mattress that provided me with a great night's sleep.
