Great Family Vacation Home, Private Pool, Patio, Hot Tub & Fireplace

Private outdoor heated pool that will be heated late April/early May through mid October. Large beautiful 5 BR home with marble floors, granite countertops, flatscreen televisions, 2 gas fireplaces, 2 kitchen areas, hot tub and new patio furniture. This beautiful home features 5 bedrooms (3 of which you will wake up in the morning looking out to the lake), 3.5 baths, marble floors and granite counter tops. Home sits on 111 feet of gentle lakefront in a nice cove. Home will sleep up to 12 in beds and more with pull out sleeper sofas. Home has 4 bedrooms with sleeping for 2 and 1 bedroom (kids room) with 1 set of bunk beds and a queen bed. All bedrooms have flat screen tvs. Information about the house 6417771825 Selina. Off season we require 2 or 3 night minimum stay. Peak (summer months) 5 night minimums.

The downstairs family room has a drop down projector screen and the room becomes a theater for movie watching. In this downstairs area there is a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, stove with oven, blender and sink. The lower level family room has pull out sofa sleeper and love seat as well as 2 Lazy Boy recliners. House has 2 washers and 2 dryers. We also offer a small deep freeze in the garage for your extra ice needs (no more trips back and forth to the store for extra ice). Home also has large dock with slip for your use, 2 PWC slips and large swim platform. House is conveniently located to shopping and many popular lake restaurants.

Summer bookings require 5 night stays. Off season 3 night stays.

New in 2009 is a large outdoor patio with kitchen and fireplace. The patio is right on the lake and has a custom table with seating for 10. The kitchen island features a weber grill with side burner, sink and fridge. There is patio furniture that will seat at least 7 in addition to the table chairs. The best part of the patio is the MASSIVE fireplace that is great for social hours at night and marshmallow cooking.

House also features another large Weber grill with 2 griddles, rotisserie and smoker on the upper deck. There is patio furniture upstairs with grill with seating for 6.

The new outdoor patio also features a small waterfall that runs behind the fireplace and a hot tub with great lake views.

Enjoy the NEW pool in 2010. The pool features built in bench seating and sundeck.

Greet Fall Getaway!

We really enjoyed our quick trip to the lake at this property. The hot tub and outdoor patio was amazing. The view was great and we had a blast. The driveway is a little steep so be prepared but aside from that we would rent again!

Ozarks Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful vacation home. We planned several outings while on vacation but because this home has everything you need to kick back and relax, we barely left at all! The owner was awesome with communication, the home was very clean and well kept and perfect for a multi family vacation or “stay-cation”. Would HIGHLY recommend this property!

Beautiful & Relaxing

This home is beautiful! Plenty of room for our family to spread out and relax. We especially enjoyed the outdoor area. Great infinity pool with a view, plus a quiet cove for enjoying the lake. The hosts were fantastic with communication and suggestions for the area. Highly recommend staying here!

Absolutely Perfect!

We had 8 adults and 4 children stay for 4 days. This property is absolutely phenomenal! Plenty of room and very clean. Gorgeous view, the a amenities are top notch! We can’t wait to go back! Everyone had a wonderful time!

Long time friends enjoyed a long over due vacation in this lovely home! The location is great...close to shopping, dining, and easy to find from the lake side. The pool is fabulous and a nice break from riding the waves on the lake. Highly recommend this house for you to enjoy on your next adventure on Lake of the Ozarks!

Annual Lake Trip

My group of friends and our spouses have an annual lake trip and Selina's home was the perfect spot. It was in a great location and the outdoor spaces and amenities were fantastic, especially the large pool. We would definitely recommend this house to those looking for a reprieve during these trying times.

Beautiful House

We took a family vacation with 10 people and the house was great. There was plenty of room and the kitchen was well stocked so we could cook all of our meals. The house is located on a quiet cove with a beautiful view of the lake. Our family had a great time fishing and swimming off the dock. Would definitely recommend!

All in one!

This home was absolutely beautiful! It accommodated our entire group comfortably! The pool and hot tub were very clean and easy instructions were given to heat them. This part of the lake was very clean and fun to jump off the dock and swim! Very wonderful property!

Fantastic Family Vacation Spot

8 adults and 6 children had a fantastic family reunion here. The pool was a special item, as it was in the 90s. The 2 kitchen's and 2 barbecues were a real pleasure to have. The lake is a wonderful boating spot, and we rented a pontoon boat, that docked at the home's own dock. We definitely recommend this home.

The trash was an unfortunate issue, but worked out. Parking was tight. Overall we had a great time. The cove was awesome. The outside fire pit/kitchen/pool was great.

Great location

Family vacation. Loved the cove the home was in but so quick to get jet skis on the main channel. House had 2 jet skis lifts which was perfect. Fun to Paddleboard in the cove. Roy called back immediately to help me set up the pool heater and hot tub! Enjoyed fishing off the dock! Would definitely go back!

Making wonderful family memories!!

The home is beautiful!! We love the big kitchen because my children love to cook and we spent a lot of time in that room making memories. We swam in the salt water pool a lot and even enjoy jumping off the boat doc. Next year, we want to add boating and fishing to the weekend!! Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us!!

Great experience with family during COVID!

We had been wanting to get away during COVID and found this gorgeous home located in beautiful Porta Cima! Very spacious, nice pool overlooking the lake and magnificent outdoor kitchen with comfortable seating area in front of beautiful fireplace!! The weather was a bit colder so we spent a lot of time in front of cozy fires at night and dips in the hot tub also located off outside patio. Our hosts were extremely responsive to any questions we had during our stay. Would absolutely recommend this property!!

Great vacation

We came for a family reunion with 9 adults and 3 kids. The house was beautiful, very comfortable with plenty of room for everyone. Pontoon rental place was nearby and very convenient. The house is immaculately clean, and has everything you need. The kids and the adults used the pool and hot tub and that really made the vacation so much fun. The pool was the perfect temperature .We really enjoyed a couple restaurants we found that we could get to by boat. There are a LOT of stairs and that took some getting used to. Overall a great place to stay and we hope to come back.

We just finished our lakeside patio in 2009 and have enjoyed sitting out in the evening grilling out and enjoying a drink with family and friends. The kids enjoy the marshmellow roasting and my husband and I love the ambience of the lake and a nice warm fire.
We are looking foward to using the new pool in 2010.
