Beautiful Gourmet Kitchen W/Granite counters, 9' Granite Island, high end appliances. Two Beautiful see through fireplaces, unique Loft area overlooking the large Great room W/Beautiful hardwood floors! Loft has 2 sofa sleepers, 2 Slip Dock with swim platform and ladder.

Lower level has 1 Master bedroom with private bath, 1 King size bedroom, 1 bunk room with 2 bunks twin over full, two full baths, Large Great/Family Room with 2nd Kitchen and Wet Bar, lily pad, swim noodles. Great location at the 1 MM of the Niangua by water and just off of Highway 5. The road is paved all the way to the front door. Great location by land or water to all your favorite restaurants like Larry's on The Lake, The Fish and Company, Naughty Fish, Captain Ron's, The Cave. Several golf courses Several full service marinas near by for boat and Jet Ski rentals.

Great house!

An amazing house and a great location. We prefer the slower end of the lake, so worked out great. Plenty of space for eveveryone. LeOnna, the owner, was a dream to work with!!

Reunion at the lake

Place was beautiful. We had a family reunion with 16 people of all ages. Having the dock and water access was a big hit with everyone. LeOnna was great to work with and the place was well stocked with most of the necessities. Many thanks for a great week.

Annual multiple family vacation

House was great for larger groups. Lots of space, clean and up to date, easy access to the water, good views. Only note is the internet is slow (but phone 5G was fine on most carriers).

Camdenton Sweetspot

The Holliday's home and hospitality made for an amazing vacation for our family group of 13 people! Everything you could want for a week on the lake! The communication was the best I've experienced when renting through VRBO. Kind, direct and simple! Plenty of room for everyone, and the game tables were a big hit after dark. We would definitely stay again, and hope to do so next summer!

Great place!

Beautiful clean house. Favorite area was the kitchen. It had everything you could imagine. Only complaint is parking is minimal so if you are bringing a boat you need to make arrangements for your trailer. We had a great time and would definitely go back!

Great multiple family location for lakefront vacation

House is extremely nice with everything you needed there with kitchen conveniences, etc. Could do a little deeper cleaning (spiders, dead bugs, etc.) but was in general pretty good condition. The boat slips were very convenient for renting boats and wave runners from Pirate Pete's.

Great Family Stay

This home is perfect for a large family gathering. Our family of adults, teens, children, and babies all enjoyed the available spaces. Although located on primary channel, we were still able to enjoy swimming off the dock daily. Owners were responsive to any questions or requests. We enjoyed having two kitchen spaces for storing each family's items. There were plenty of living/entertainment spaces for everyone to spread out. It was the perfect space for our family to be together!

Family getaway retreat

Great location and accomadations for family get together. Enjoyed fishing, swimming, boating and jet skiing on the lake. Weekends definitely got busier on the lake. Property manager was very accomadating and helpful. Sunrise with coffee on the balcony overlloking the lake was a favorite moment to start each day.

Wonderful Vacation

Property was as advertised. Wonderful house with all the amenities needed. The kitchen is awesome with top of the line appliances and well stocked with all the essentials needed to prepare your meals. The property manager was the best we had on the numerous home we rented.

Family Vacation 2021

We had a great family vacation in your home. This home is beautifully decorated throughout. The kitchen is VERY well stocked with all the pans, bowls and utensils needed! The dock needs a bit of TLC and it would be nice to have some seating on the dock available as well. All in all - a great place for our large group!

Great location

Everything was great but I would be embarrassed as an owner to expect people to sit on the family room and main floor deck furniture 😝😝. It really left a bad taste. Everything else was great.

Quick getaway from St. Louis

Very conveniently located from highway. Biggest regret would be that we couldn’t enjoy the lake due to cold. Location and views were gorgeous. Extremely clean with rooms with a view of the lake. Tastefully furnished. Very homely feel. Mattresses were comfortable. Very small issue was that internet was a little slow but that could be what is available in the area. Otherwise everyone loved the place especially the kids. Foosball was a big hit!!

Family Retreat

Had an amazing time for a week at the lake. The place was great for the size of our group. Enjoyed a lot of time in the water - tubing, swimming, boat rides, jet skis, kayaking and floating on the rafts. Also enjoyed the indoor games and lounging on the decks. It was a very hot week. Sitting on the decks looking over the lake was pleasant in the afternoon since the lake side of the house faces East. Oh, the kitchen is great. There are actually two but we only used the one upstairs.

Family vacation

Our family of 10 loved the spacious house. The one MB/bath (bath very tiny). But we made due. Loved being on the lake. Rented a pontoon boat for the week and got our money worth. Kids swam off the dock with life jackets on (dock needs some upgrading) but loved the floating mat. They also fished from the dock. House is in a good location on the water. Enjoyed tubing and the area attractions. Would highly recommend this house.

Amazing property!! The pictures don't do it justice. We loved everything!! Very spacious & open. Top notch kitchen. Plenty of room to cook and Accommodate eating space for our large families! All the beds were comfortable, the bedrooms were cozy, plenty of bathrooms for all. Kids loved the game area & enjoyed movies at night in their "own living room". The Second kitchen was convenient to grab a cold item from the fridge or snacks and take to the dock or boat. Lots of seating on the patios too. I can't express enough how amazing this property is!!

Great family weekend

House was great...multiple masters, large stocked kitchen, plenty of play area for kids and adults on lower level. Our family loves ping pong and after asking before we came if the property had a table the owner/property manager let us that it did not but they purchased one before we came! We spent hours on that table since there was quite a bit of rain during our stay. Very cool and we definitely appreciated that they made that effort to accommodate us!

High Quality and Comfort

Beautiful, spacious, very comfortable home. Tastefully decorated with quality furnishings throughout. Also the best equipped rental we have ever experienced. (a coffee pot AND a Kuereg for cryin' out loud). Baths for everyone and TVs everywhere. Nice decks on each level with beautiful main channel lake views. Loads of indoor and outdoor recreation options. This home is well worth the rate if you desire a bit of luxury and comfort with your beautiful views. The dock is serviceable with a PWC lift but no boat lift so you may want extra ties and bumpers.
