The house is organized as a loft with a single living room of 70m2 in which you will find a brand new open kitchen, a lounge area with two sofas (including a convertible) and a sleeping area with a double bed and a single bed square. A bathroom and a separate toilet complete the property.

This charming house is ideal for a couple or a couple with child (ren), the sofa bed can offer two extra beds if needed. Located in a small village 1.5km from shops and downtown Saint Pierre d'Oléron. The beautiful beach of Foulerot is 3km. Its location in the center of the island will allow you to easily discover all its nooks

A place to park the car is available in front of the house.

For reasons of hygiene and safety, animals are not allowed.
