Cross country or snow shoe on 12 acres, or watch the kids play from inside. Large flat yard for snowmobiling, cross country skiing, hiking or a relaxed weekend getaway for family fun and gatherings. Just eight miles to Mount Snow Ski Resort and championship golf course, less than a mile from Lake Ropanda, adjacent to the VAST trail, and less than five minutes from historic, romantic Wilmington, Vermont -it's the vacation of a lifetime. Every bedroom enjoys a view of Mount Snow and this 12-acre retreat. The oversized family room features a fieldstone fireplace and flat screen T.V., the roomy kitchen has a walk-in pantry and the game room enjoys a T.V. Great stay in Wilmington

Had a wonderful stay in Wilmington! The host was very responsive to all our questions. There are shovels in the garage, and a plow came by and cleared out the driveway which was great as we only had to dig out our cars. The kitchen is huge and very well stocked.

Great Spot!

This home is great, with lots of space for a large group that allows for everyone to either be together or have some time alone when needed. The kitchen is setup nicely, making it easy to cook dinners for a big group. The space is perfect and Andrew was very easy to communicate with!

Another terrific family reunion

Thanks again for letting our family take over your terrific lodge for the weekend! As always - we appreciated the large commercial kitchen for family meals, the lawns for games, fire pit for s'mores and plenty of rooms for sleeping. Everything was perfect (again) and we truly appreciate this excellent accommodation.

Great for a ski weekend!

This place was well equipped and the kitchen and living room were great places to hang out. Game room too was awesome. The bedrooms were fine, don’t need luxury for a ski weekend. The bathrooms were the only thing that left something to be desired. A deep clean or facelift and new towels would go a long way! We enjoyed our stay and thought it was a great price and location!

Good for large groups

This property was perfect for multiple families to stay at. We all had our own bedrooms and bathrooms, there was a great kitchen for us all to eat and hang out. It was well stocked and prepped for our arrival, and there were games and some toys and books for kids which was awesome.

Great house for big groups

3 familes (6 adults, 7 kids) and a small dog for the weekend. Kitchen and eating/hang spaces were great. Beds for everyone and tons of bathrooms. Great communication with host. Perfect rental for skiing @ Mt. Snow!

Family get together

This house was wonderful! We had babies , toddlers , kids, parents and grandparents and everyone was comfortable. Great fireplace and family area plus beds for everyone! The kitchen was amazing! The owners were so nice , helpful and accommodating! My family and I highly recommend it!

Another great family reunion

Thanks again Andrew - once again, the property was perfect for our annual family reunion. The kitchen is large and nicely equipped for family meals, and lots of sleeping spaces for us all. Outdoor fire pit and lawn space is a real bonus. Looking forward to next year!

Sweet Retreat!

The property is perfect for a gathering of multiple families. The bedrooms are far enough away from the main living area that going to bed early/sleeping in are not a problem. The game room is next to the living room which was nice because we could keep an eye on the kids while enjoying grown-up time. Everything was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The location is beautiful. A short walk up the road leads to amazing views. Downtown is a short drive away. The host was friendly and communicative.

Great Long Weekend

If you're looking for a modern chic place to stay, this is not it. If you are a fan of Vermont's rustic charm and appreciate some great character, this is perfect...we loved it! Lots of sleeping space, a comfortable eating area, and loved cooking in the updated kitchen. The evening fires made it quite cozy to settle for some games and then a movie. The sight lines of the game room allowed for feeling connected to those in the great room. The Ping-Pong table and darts delighted the older kids. The host was great to work with. Overall great stay with great snow!

Great house for a group

We were a group of families skiing at Mt Snow. This house is a perfect base for all your group skiing adventures. A big wel stocked kitchen, large living space with a fireplace, ping pong for the kids. Andrew was very responsive to every question.

Alumni Gathering

This house was perfect for our stay. The bed arrangements in each room worked out perfectly for our needs plus the beds were super comfy. The living room and kitchen worked out well for our group. Everyone had a seat at the table or by the fire. No complaints from anyone. We hope to book this house again next year.

Large Family Friendly

Our large extended family booked for Bennington College Graduation weekend. The house has a great kitchen for the celebratory meal in, lots of room for a large family gathering, and plenty of space for everyone. The game room was a hit with the younger children and the adults enjoyed sitting outside around the fire in the evenings. Communication with Andrew was easy. Thank you for hosting us!

Great house for a large family reunion. Spacious and easy access to the yard. House does not have AC which would have added tremendous comfort to our summer visit. Overall, house was fitting for our needs.

Super accommodating and super cozy!

A group of friends and their children gathered together here for the weekend to celebrate my 40th birthday and we had an amazing time, due in no small part to the quality of the property. The house was super clean, the lawn freshly mowed, and all the bedrooms were fitted with cozy mattresses, A/C units, most of them having their own bathrooms! Very convenient. Also, the kitchen was huge; the size of the fridge itself more than accommodating for a large group. Extra bonus: the game room is stocked with board games and toys for kids! Highly recommended!

Thanksgiving Getaway

Had a lovely stay at Andrew's property. The old farmhouse charm certainly shines through! Cozy and comfortable living dining area, new (and very comfortable) mattresses, great kitchen layout that's perfect for cooking meals big or small. Unfortunately the oven in the new kitchen wasn't working and there was a strong odor of rancid bacon fat when we arrived, but we worked with Andrew to arrange use of the oven in the property next door. Host was exceptionally responsive and helpful. Overall a great stay!
