Custom Home - Amazing Views/Huge Deck - 3 miles to downtown - AC/Hot Tub
Our 2,500 square foot residence was built in 2018 and features 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms and is located just 3 miles from downtown Durango and 27 miles (30 minutes) from Purgatory Ski Resort.
This home is in one of the nicest residential settings in the Durango area and features amazing views to the north over the Animas Valley - yet is just minutes from downtown Durango. At an elevation of 7,000 feet, enjoy an alpine setting with exceptional views, while being close to all of the incredible amenities and recreation you come to Durango to experience.
The house features central AC and high end finishes you would expect in a new custom home while the generously equipped gourmet kitchen features gas stove, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.
Please note that the 4th bedroom is located over the garage and is access via a separate entrance which also has an AC unit.
One parking spot is available in the garage (owner keep their car in the other space). There is also room to park two more cars in the driveway.

2nd - Queen (TV) Main Level
3rd - Queen (TV) Main Level
4th - Queen and single Blow up mattress with pump - (Located over the garage via a separate entrance).
This home is pet friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs max and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay).
Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).
Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities.

This property offers stunning views looking north up on the Animas Valley. Also west facing deck gives an unobstructed view of Perrin's Peak as well as gorgeous sunsets! The home is lovely and spacious for families & friends to gather.

We really enjoyed the property and location. Views were beautiful and the house set up is very nice. All bedrooms had their own bathroom which is nice. Host was readily available to answer questions. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

The house was beautiful and so welcoming! They decorated for Christmas too! The house has absolutely everything you need. One of the best VRBO stays we’ve ever had. Excellent response time from the management team also.

Right as you walk into the front and see the beautiful view you know you made the right choice. The house is well appointed with everything you would need and definitely felt like home!

This home in Durango was perfect for our stay for our daughter‘s 35th birthday with some of her friends. The check in/code entry was very easy. The kitchen was very well stocked with implements and some herbs, etc.. The deck facing the mountains was lovely to sit on, and the hot tub great too Soak tired muscles after ATVing, horseback riding, etc.. All the bedrooms and beds were comfortable, the bathrooms, clean, and lovely.

This was one of the prettiest places we have stayed. Views were stunning, house was beautiful, house was very clean and had everything we needed. There were eight of us so one couple stayed above the garage which was no problem as it was summer. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful house with a thoughtful floor plan, in a great area. It was super clean and extremely well stocked. The deck was a great gathering place with plenty of seating and amazing views. There wasn’t anything about the property that disappointed us. I must also mention that the management company was a pleasure to work with. They were always quick to respond to any questions from the moment I booked to checkout. This was by far a favorite rental for our family.
