Nice open floor plan, kids loved the game room, pool was well maintained, could use some updating in living room furniture and the master bathroom does not have a door. Overall I would definitely rent again!

This was a great location for our family. We wanted a pool, lots of bedrooms, a quiet neighborhood. We wanted easy access the beaches. We got all of this!

Pictures of the property did not look like the house did. The pool area was run down and the landscaping needed up graded. The floor in the house was not clean the kids socks were filthy after walking around in the house. The master bathroom did not have a door. The ice maker did not work but the caretaker did go buy us a bag of ice which was nice.

Nice place. Easy to check into and clean. Full size washer and dryer were a great added bonus. Pool was awesome!

Cute house! Check in and all communication was great, I appreciate that! There were a few things that prevented me from giving 5 stars.. the main thing was the AC. After being out in the heat all day we came back to the house to see the AC automatically went to 80. I did reach out and ask for that feature to be adjusted and they got it taken care of. It will not go below 70. The fridge did freeze all the items we had on the top shelf and the ice maker does work. There were also a few lights out through out the house (they did offer to come replace them)Pool was a hit with the kids, could use some updated pool furniture. Neighborhood was quiet, grocery stores and restaurants were close. We would consider staying here again.

Great place

It was a good location for getting to different activities in the valley. Great set up for a family. We were a family of 7.

Would stay again

This was the perfect place for our family. We weren’t at the house very much because we went to Disney/California Adventure but it was a nice place to come back to and relax. We went in the pool and played shuffle board and foosball.

Great family house

This was a great place to stay on our visit to Southern California. There are plenty of rooms and beds and the pool is wonderful for cooling off from the summer heat. We appreciated the availability of fans in each room to provide some white noise and extra air movement. Great location; lots of places to eat nearby and super easy to visit Disneyland.

Wonderful pool house!

Bright, clean comfortable home with a great pool for the family to enjoy. The only thing that would make it better are some hooks for towels (both inside and outside), and maybe some bath mats.

The pool was nice, however because of the restrictions on being outside before 10 am, we didn’t have much time to use it seeing as we were at Disneyland. It was really convenient to have the baby gear on hand. The only sore spot was that the bathroom wasn’t separated from the master bedroom with a door.

The house is in a great location close to everything Anaheim has to offer. It is light, bright and well decorated. Anaheim is strict on no parking on the street and having to list everyone who steps on the property in your contract. That caused us a lot of stress. I wasn’t happy about that. The heater didn’t work great and we felt like it was blowing cold air most of the time.

Nice home

Nice home in a nice neighborhood. Only complaint is that the shower heads are a little scummy but overall the place is clean. Hosts are very responsive and helpful when needed.

It’s clean and the pool was nice but a lot of the home features are not updated to what you’d expect for the price. Old and not maintained appliances. The 1st 2 days AC did not work, only blew hot humid air because the system hadn’t been maintained so it activated the auto shut off. So the first 2 days the home was hot and stuffy. When it was repaired it still didn’t cool off the South side bedrooms of the house. And one of the screens in the bedroom was broken so when we opened the window, mosquitoes came in. Dishwasher only turned on after many attempts tomake it run, we wasted like 1/2 hour tryingto make it go both times we used it. Refrigerator never made ice. The bathroom with the tub is super slippery, 2 guests almost fell and the water to shower takes up to 10 minutes to warm up. The master bedroom shower has mold starting to form. Cheap shampoo and soap provided (Pantene and Dove) and hand soaps brand is from dollar tree (I looked it up). Sliding doors facing pool are rusting and alsolook moldy. The mattresses are hard and uncomfortable, bedsheets are rough on your skin and pillows are hard and have a cover that inflates so you don’t have comfortable support. The communication with funtierland was very good but I didn’t like to spend my vacation sending them pictures and messages back and forth of everything that was wrong and waiting for repairs, you can’t relax that way.

Property was exactly as advertised. Comfortable for our group of unrelated individuals. Close to convention center and Disney. Had everything we needed. Thank you!

Clean rooms, easy check in and communication with the host. Great location & super close to Disney Parks. Beds were hard and pillows were all flat. Not very comfortable. Water pressure or shower heads in the showers were horrible. Water took awhile to get hot.

Family friendly

My wife, my beat friend and my 4 children stayed here comfortably, but we were only really there in the evening and at night. We rented it for 6 nights so we could go to disneyland. It was perfect! 10 minutes from disneyland, we were able to spend 10+ hours at disneyland and come back and hang out in a pool. Its also 2 minutes away from an In-N-Out, which as out of state visitors was a must!
