This property is at the top of our list of vacation rentals where we've stayed. We will definitely return!Everything was fresh and clean. Beautifully arranged both inside and out. The kitchen was fully appointed, the two porches and outdoor patio provided extra seating areas, and we slept like babies on the mattresses!Our host was was exceptional. She provided great directions and suggestions for restaurants and shopping in the area. Staying here was a great experience all around.

We enjoyed our stay at the beautiful Southern Oaks Guest House. It was clean and well stocked with everything we needed for a weekend away. Rhonda was a great host and communicated well with us. Would definitely stay here again.

The host was very kind to call prior to arrival to see if we needed anything. Easy checkin and very convenient to Abita Springs Cafe, Brewery and pizza place. Beds very comfortable and loved the screened in porch.

Great location!

Great location; close to the trace, restaurants and brewery. The house is so cozy also and decorated so well. The house had all the amenities we needed, and Rhonda was great to work with. We all enjoyed our stay!

A perfect stay

We thoroughly enjoyed a recent girls getaway! The house had everything we needed, super quiet neighborhood, very quaint! Rhonda was easy to communicate with and very helpful about things to do nearby! We all agreed we will return for another stay!

Lovely home

This quaint home is cozy, nicely decorated, and in a very quiet location. It is roomy and the kitchen is well stocked. The owner was helpful and easy to work with. We enthusiastically recommend it for an interesting and restful getaway.

Delightful get away.

Rhonda’s place is simply charming. From the moment you pull up to the house you’re transported to a magical experience. Coming from the desert in Arizona, we loved sitting outside either in the front or the back - able to enjoy the sunrise or sunset.

Beautiful, comfortable home!!

The house was absolutely perfect! We were able to rest and be away from the hustle and bustle of our every day lives. The house had everything one could need. We thoroughly enjoyed it and look forward to returning… if you are looking at this property to rent, book now, you will be so happy you did!

Back for a second time!

The home is everything that it is advertised to be, and the location cannot be better. Beats a hotel by a mile! Our group of 5 was very comfortable. The owner Rhonda is great, very considerate and responsive.
