My family and I had a great time. We usually stay in a condo when we vacation at the beach and staying here was so much better. Needless to say, from now on we will be reaching out to book our stay here. Very nice place and Kathy was very nice and checked on us to make sure we had no issues. Thanks again and hope its available next time.

The property was very clean! Absolutely loved the tram service, whenever I called they arrived promptly within minutes. The property had beach towels and beach toys already there for the kids to play with. Anytime I had a question and messaged the host, she replied quickly. We will definitely be back!

Loved this!

We really enjoyed our stay at Miramar Beach. The cottage was perfect for our family of 4. It was great having 3 bathrooms! And the beach toys, chairs, umbrella, and towels were added bonuses. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything clean and nice! A/C worked perfect! The resort its safe and has the perfect spot to the beach! This village was super good! Will renting again!

Great location

Short walk to the beach. The beach was not overly crowded. We will definitely be booking this property again. Well stocked and very clean.Check the closet prior to purchasing beach items!

Wonderful experience!

Loved this place, very clean and even better in person! The entry way closet had everything you’d need to enjoy your day at the beach and more. Location is great no more than 5 minuets from anything you’d need during your stay. There are many attractions and restaurants to enjoy and the beach was nothing short of amazing!

Amazing property!

We really enjoyed stay at this unit! It was very clean and we had everything we expected and more - unit had beach towels and chairs, beach toys, 2 fishing rods!, cooler for the beach! Comminication with owner was very easy!

Week getaway with 2 families

Everything about our stay here was AMAZING! Everything was exactly as described and the owner was very prompt in communicating with us. We booked kind of last minute and there was no issue at all! Great location, spacious and beautiful condo, and just a wonderful overall experience. I would HIGHLY recommend this property to anyone!

Wonderful trip & place to stay!

Kathy is so kind. Booking with her was so easy. Her rental is beautiful. It is so spacious and everyone has their own bathrooms and areas. The unit is very well equipped with everything you need for your stay. Roberta, the security officer, made the trip extra special because she is so kind and friendly. The beach was gorgeous and did not disappoint.

Beautiful inside and out

The property was just as stated but even better. The condo was very clean and well stocked. The beds were very comfortable. They even supplied things for the beach, towels, toys, cooler.... The walk to the beach was nice as you went through the property with shade trees and the water fountains. We will definitely be back next year.

Family Friendly

We had a great stay at this property!! It is a little longer than a “short walk” in my opinion as we traveled with toddlers and all of their snacks/beach toys. However, we used the tram daily so the distance wasn’t a big deal!! The owner was quick to answer all questions and was so nice!! Sandestin is our most favorite area to stay!! We will be back!!

Great Condo

The condo and property owner are amazing! The walk was a little too much for our 2 year old, but you can drive to park closer to the beach access. There is also a tram service which was available frequently. Unfortunately, the main pool was broken for the majority of our week-long stay.

Paradise in Destin is found in Unit #139

This is our 5th time renting this unit and we LOVE it! The owners are wonderful to work with, very responsive and concerned that you enjoy your stay. I cannot say enough about the recent remodeling of the unit: The tile flooring is perfect for a beach environment, decor is very upscale and relaxing, new appliances, and the showers in all 3 bathrooms are stunning! We are ready to book this unit again for next year!!

Great trip

The owner is very nice. She always response promptly to all my messages. She is very helpful and kind. Her property was cleaned and organized. The house has all kitchen supplies necessary for 10 people, plenty of towell, and beach towell separates. I love the little beach closet with cooler, umbrella and all beach accessories. There were many Thank you Kathy for a wonderful preparation to give us the great trip.

Beautiful cottage

Beautiful place, extremely clean, updated & well stocked…. Little ways from the beach but you can drive your car to park closer to beach entrance. Thanks Kathy for everything!

Nice family vacation

This property was affordable for our two daughters, a fiancee, and a 1 1/2 year old, my husband, and I to have a week to spend together. The newly updated inside was very nice; the beds were comfortable, and the ceiling fans in the bedrooms were a definite plus. It was fully stocked, including beach chairs and towels. My only sad point here was that I could not hear the ocean. Otherwise, perfect place to stay.

Excellent Condo!

The condo was excellent! Just as described, clean, had everything we needed. The decor is beautiful! The owner, Kathy, was very responsive and helpful before and during our stay. Loved that they had beach towels and some chairs available. The private beach area was great too - the rental chairs/umbrellas are worth it. The golf cart was running and it was so nice to be picked up for a quick ride to/from the beach...but the walk was easy too. The option for multiple pools was very nice and they weren't crowded at all. Will definitely rent again!

Beautiful beach condo

My family and I loved this beautiful condo. Spacious bedrooms and baths. Nice screened in space. Well equipped kitchen, washer and dryer. Will def stay here again.

This property is clean . There is a walk to the beach and no shuttle ever ran. There are no near by

No near restaurants to walk to if on beach occasionally there are food trucks that come close. This place is very family oriented especially for families with small children. It does have security. No work out facility.

Beautiful, comfortable home. Great location with a lot to explore nearby.

Everything was just as listed online, and very comfortable. Home is beautiful, and in a great, convenient location. Kathy responded quickly to our questions. The beach was beautiful and relaxing, not overcrowded. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Condo

This condo is beautiful! Very neat & clean and decorated nicely. Nice walk to the beach. Well stocked beach supplies that made it handy since we traveled by plane and could not bring all that we needed! I would recommend this unit with plenty of room for our family of 5 adults.
