Our home is recently renovated and is located only a short block and a half walk to a boardwalk access to safe non-driving beach. There are 3 bedrooms 2 baths upstairs. Downstairs has a den with a sofa bed and 1/2 bath; all other rooms and facilities are upstairs. On site amities include a washer and dryer, extra refrigerator in garage for storage and a gas grill; we provide a propane tank however guests may need to fill
it before using. Kitchen and baths completely updated and clean. Split plan design upstairs. Back porch lounge, grill, relax area downstairs, Balcony lounge area upstairs. This property does not offer a view of the ocean, however, is conveniently located only a block and a half walk to the beach. Less than 10 minute drive to downtown area with local restaurants and shops or to famous Flagler Ave that offers a variety of shopping, eating, and activity options.

We only accept guests of age 25 and over OR the primary guest must be the parent or guardian of any one under the age of 25. No pets or smoking.

Great location. Excellent communication with host.

Stayed for 2 months. Quiet area of NSB and loved having just one block to beach. Host was extremely responsive and was great to work with.

Lovely home at a lovely value!

This is a really beautiful home that is located within short walking distance from the beach. The home is very cozy! On our first day we had an issue with the A/C, however, the owner was very quick to respond and was very helpful. Overall this is a great beach house and an excellent value at it’s price! We will look to stay here again on future NSB trips! Also the stairs aren’t very steep at all!

So close to the beach

Great home and we loved how close it was to the beach. We grilled out, enjoyed the balcony and the kitchen was perfect for cooking and enjoying family time. The master bed was a bit stiff, but the other beds were enjoyed by the kids. We didn’t realize the coffee maker was a Keurig and we had brought coffee from home, but thankful there were some cups were could use. The communication was SO great and much appreciated!

Great Location-Well Equipped House!

We had a great time at this property for 4th of July week. We enjoyed that the manager thought of everything we would need. It was just like being at home. The walk to the beach was quick, and we were down there everyday. It was such a quiet location, we got to see all kinds of wildlife on the beach. At the house the beds were comfortable, it was stocked with kitchen supplies, towels, pillows, and beach supplies. The grill was in need of some love, and we had to "unfreeze" the ice maker that had developed a block of ice, but that was no big deal. Location was close to the grocery store, paddleboard rental, local restaurants, and ice cream shops. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!!

Beach

The property is located conveniently close to the beach walk over. We had many family members staying in the area including young grandchildren and did not feel comfortable with the stairs. We did not think about that before booking. I do feel the house could have been a bit cleaner especially the patio furniture. Shannon was great and responded immediately to all communications.

Family trip

This was a great stay in a great town. We have been visiting New Symerna my whole life. It was great to stay pretty cloae to my parents timeshare. Great property and lots of space

Wonderful place

The stairs and the very small walk to the beach were enough to make us feel like we were exercising. Perfect for the get away we were looking for.

Great location!

Just a short stroll from the quiet end of New Smyrna Beach. The property was perfect for our family of 5, but it easily could have held a few more people. The Host was quick to respond and wonderful to work with. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Great, casual spot

Great location, plenty of space/ beds, close to a nice quiet part of the beach. Kitchen didn’t have some essentials, like salt and pepper, maybe that’s because of Covid? Bedding, specifically pillows, need refreshing

Exactly as advertised

Great location in a quiet area - easy drive to stores and restaurants, easy 5 minute walk to the beach. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels and linens. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes/pots and pans. Property manager was helpful and quick to respond. Would stay again and would recommend to family/friends.

Awesome visit!

From booking to checkout the entire experience was great! It’s not far from the beach so you always have a breeze and not a terrible amount of traffic either. All in all yes I would recommend to friends to visit! Thanks Shannon we really enjoyed it!

A good place to stay with a family.

A good place to stay with a family. Clean with several bedrooms and plenty of parking. You do not have to cross the main road to access the beach, but you will have a short walk to the public access. The house is three rows back, away from the beach. There is no ocean view. You do have an upstairs back porch where you can sit outside. There is an outdoor space downstairs, but not easy to access. To use this space, you had to go downstairs through the garage. We might have enjoyed that space if it had been more inviting and had it been easier to access.

Excellent service

Shannon was very attentive to any questions or needs. The house is very clean and "YES" the A/C works.... LOL. Shannon is definitely a excellent communicator. I would recommend this property and definitely would stay again. Great location, friendly neighborhood and locals!
