There were a couple of issues that were a bit troublesome. Advertising property as having2 1/2 baths and not mentioning that to access two of these you have to go thru the master bedroom is a bit concerning. As you know, we had issues with getting the TV's to work and it was trial and error before we found that unplugging the TV's got them to sink up with the wifi. That said, the TV in the master bedroom disconnected multiple times during our stay. Lastly, all of us read the listing prior to booking the house and swear that it showed a heated pool which we were told later that it didn't. Funny thing is that there is a water heating system on the roof for the pool and now being used or turned on ???Overall, we were happy and worked with what we had.

Hi Scott, We are a little confused about the bathroom comment, as the second whole bathroom and the half bathroom can be accessed from the pool area without stepping foot inside the master bedroom. Regarding the TV's, sometimes this is a challenge in the area and we worked with you as best we could to help get things running. 😊 For the pool heater - while this may have been used in the past, the owners of this home recently inherited it and do not believe it is functional. We did not wish to deceive you in any way. We are glad all else went well for you during your stay and hope to have you back in the future! - The New Smyrna Stays Team

Overall it was a great stay and it worked out very well for the party of 7 that I travelled with. Plenty of space. There is a Dollar General just a couple minutes down the road which was very convenient. The master bath and half bath can only be accessed from or through the main bedroom from inside the house but can be accessed from exiting the house from the living room then walking outside through the pool area and enter the house which is okay only if you leave the house unlocked. This isn't a huge deal but somewhat inconvenient for all others in the house to utilize these 2 areas if needed and if the main bedroom is occupied. Having 2 clothes washers and dryers was very nice though no detergent is provided so plan on brining your own. It is required to wash all towels before leaving so I would suggest detergent be provided by owner as this is required but this is something that needs to be planned for. Same with the dishwasher, if you plan to use, bring your own soap for it. The internet worked very well. Again, it was a great stay and I would go again as it was very roomy and very open for a larger party just a couple things that could make it even better or things to plan ahead for by knowing what we know now.
