Gorgeous brand new custom built cabin nestled in the Pines very beautifully decorated!! This spacious cabin retreat is tucked away in the serene Ponderosa Pines on a large wooded fenced lot with a spacious covered front and back deck with plenty of seating…including a stone built fire pit to relax and enjoy the picturesque White Mountains. The cabin also features a huge theater room upstairs with 6 electric theater reclining chairs, 120”projection screen with Sony surround DVD !! The upstairs also has a half bath along with a wet bar and dining seating for 6. Pet friendly so bring your 4-legged friends. Cabin features 3 bedrooms and a den for sleeping 8 in beds and 3 baths. Plenty of parking on the large quiet private lot and the cabin has central air conditioning!!! The huge completely fenced back yard complete with fire pit and horseshoes and large grass area is the perfect place for the kids and pups to run and play!


The beautifully resort style decorated cabin is completely furnished with a large open concept family/dining/ kitchen area which walks out to the large back deck. This custom home features all top end appliances with granite counter tops, custom built mantles with gorgeous animal mounts. Cabin also features a large rock wood burning fireplace…perfect for families to gather around on those cold winter nights!! The master features a king bed with TV and own master full bath en suite with walk in shower and garden tub. The master also has back deck access. The second and third bedroom both have queen beds and the den has a full futon. The fully stocked kitchen is open to the dining area with seating for 12. This pristine cabin is the perfect retreat to come up and relax in the cool woods!!!

Come escape from the hectic city/work life... slow down and enjoy the clean mountain air and friendly small town atmosphere. Outdoor enthusiasts will be amazed with the over 40 lakes and streams that offer up abundant fishing including bass, trout, pike, walleye, catfish, and crappie. The White Mountains offer four distinct seasons with 70-degree summers, a winter wonderland, and 180 miles of developed hiking trails, remote camping and wildlife, downhill and cross country skiing, ice fishing, snowmobiling, horseback riding, nine golf courses, year round festivals, casino gambling, unique shops, and many restaurants and bars... with 'true mountain' charm and character!!

Lovely custom house with rustic charm. Great for families and the upstairs theater room is a bonus. The home has everything you need on your trip. Beautiful decking and plenty of seating at the outside areas. Great communication from the host.

We have stayed here several times and the cabin is always beautifully kept, clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The only thing we had trouble with was getting the projector to work and the TV in the Master bedroom. Possibly simplify the directions if possible or verify all is in order before check in. Following the directions verbatim for the projector didn't work so that was disappointing. Otherwise, we had a wonderful time and enjoyed the yard and the outdoors. We will definitely choose your cabin for our next year's trip to Pinetop.Gayle Lohman

We had an amazing stay at this cabin in the beautiful woods, it was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The cabin was cozy, comfortable and relaxing. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, making meal preparation easy and convenient. One of our favorite features was the impressive collection of taxidermy animals throughout the cabin. They were a huge hit with the kids, who were fascinated by them. The theater room was another highlight, complete with games that made for a family game night.We also loved spending time outdoors—enjoying our morning coffee while taking in the peaceful surroundings.We highly recommend it to any family for a relaxing getaway with plenty of fun amenities!

This was our second stay at this home. We really enjoyed our time here. The home theater room was used every day. What a wonderful feature! Our dog thoroughly enjoyed the backyard. She had room to run and explore and then relax in the cool grass. We had everything we needed. Great location. Very quiet neighborhood. I'm sure we'll be back!

This is an amazing property. We stayed here during the winter olympics and watching the events in the giant screen theater room was amazing. The amenities were first rate and dealing with the host was thoroughly enjoyable. We will definitely book this property for our next trip to the Pinetop area.

The cabin was perfect! The back patio and yard were amazing for both kids and pets, with a completely fenced and secure yard that gave us peace of mind while everyone played outside.The cabin was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Lisa was wonderful to work with, as always. We've stayed at several properties she manages, and every experience has been excellent. She is incredibly responsive, friendly, and always quick to answer any questions.The only minor downside was that the upstairs movie room didn't allow us to access our streaming apps, so we were limited to the movies provided by the owners. It would have been nice to log into our own streaming services and watch the shows and movies we wanted. Other than that, we had a great time!
