We have stayed here several times and the cabin is always beautifully kept, clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The only thing we had trouble with was getting the projector to work and the TV in the Master bedroom. Possibly simplify the directions if possible or verify all is in order before check in. Following the directions verbatim for the projector didn't work so that was disappointing. Otherwise, we had a wonderful time and enjoyed the yard and the outdoors. We will definitely choose your cabin for our next year's trip to Pinetop.Gayle Lohman

We had an amazing stay at this cabin in the beautiful woods, it was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The cabin was cozy, comfortable and relaxing. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, making meal preparation easy and convenient. One of our favorite features was the impressive collection of taxidermy animals throughout the cabin. They were a huge hit with the kids, who were fascinated by them. The theater room was another highlight, complete with games that made for a family game night. We also loved spending time outdoors—enjoying our morning coffee while taking in the peaceful surroundings. We highly recommend it to any family for a relaxing getaway with plenty of fun amenities!

The cabin was perfect! The back patio and yard were amazing for both kids and pets, with a completely fenced and secure yard that gave us peace of mind while everyone played outside. The cabin was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Lisa was wonderful to work with, as always. We've stayed at several properties she manages, and every experience has been excellent. She is incredibly responsive, friendly, and always quick to answer any questions. The only minor downside was that the upstairs movie room didn't allow us to access our streaming apps, so we were limited to the movies provided by the owners. It would have been nice to log into our own streaming services and watch the shows and movies we wanted. Other than that, we had a great time!
