Spacious, Stunning Lodge Inspired Home, Views of GM#14 Fairway
This home is a spacious 2,855 sq. foot reverse living home on a quiet cul-de-sac at Black Butte Ranch on over an acre with stunning views of the #14 Fairway of Glaze Meadow!
Beautiful wood walls and trim, tall vaulted ceilings, and a large river rock fireplace, give a lodge-like ambiance. The great room consists of the living room and dining room with a dining table that seats 10, and a window seat. The brand new kitchen is off the dining area with golf course views.
A half bath and king primary suite with full bath, plus a laundry room with large capacity washer and dryer complete this floor. The primary suite has a private deck, and hot tub access on the main deck.
On the ground floor is a large family room/bedroom combination with 4 twin beds and a beautiful river rock fireplace. A queen bedroom shares a full bath in the hallway with the twin bedroom, and a primary king bedroom with an attached full bathroom complete the ground floor with direct access to the garage.
Children are welcome, a pack ’n play, umbrella stroller, and high chair are provided for guests to use during their stay.
For guests concerned about the river rock front porch, please access the house through the garage.
This home is conveniently located very close to the newest Black Butte Ranch Pool area, the upper Glaze. A large deck with golf course views and air conditioning are more features you will love. This home is loaded with charm and character, and will become your favorite home away from home.
PLEASE NOTE: DURING JUNE, JULY AND AUGUST there is a 7 night minimum with a Saturday check in/out. If you wish to deviate from the schedule or are having difficulty booking on-line, please send me a message.
FYI: The Service Fee you see in the quote is the HomeAway/VRBO fee for using their site to book your reservation. The host fee is the cleaning fee.
All bookings at Black Butte Ranch are subject to an Access Registration Fee.
*** Black Butte Ranch is now requiring homeowners (me) to collect their resort fee of 13.5% of your gross nightly stay, instead of paying at the Welcome Center upon arrival. I will contact you directly to collect the fee. ***
In order to have access to Black Butte and its facilities, you are required to register each vehicle and its occupants, at which time you will receive a gate code.
There is one exterior security camera focused on the driveway and front porch 24/7.

The family enjoyed the deck space, hot tub and the window seat area was a favorite spot for the little ones. It was a great house for our yearly family vacation at Black Butte.

Beautiful and perfectly relaxing home!
We had a wonderful stay with our family here! Perfect fit for us 6 adults and 4 kids in the kid room…they loved their room! Super cozy, hot tub was perfect and perfect getaway to sit by the fire and look out at the snow!

Wonderful property
Loved our stay. Owners were very accommodating and the home was very comfortable and accommodating for our whole family. Window seat was a favorite!

Great Location
This is a great home! Location is great. Fun to watch golfers from the elevated deck. Really comfortable place and the living space, upstairs, is perfect.
Will stay here again!

Lovely stay at Glaze Meadow
We had a great stay at Glaze Meadow and are super grateful for Robin's hospitality. This is an excellent property for families, and the layout is fantastic. We will definitely be coming back.

Amazing Black Butte Home
We just got back from Black butte and had a relaxing weekend. This house is beautiful, lots of room, well stocked, comfortable beds and a great location! Robin was wonderful we will definitely be back!!

Robin was a flexible host and the property was in good condition and the morning snow was an unexpected delight on our final day.Only recommendation is for almost 800 a night don’t ask guests to take recycling and garbage to the opposite exit refuse center.

Gorgeous lodge feel house on the golf course
We had a great time for my sons wedding at the lodge. Everything is nicely appointed. Didn’t love the jar cups or no shampoo, but that was it.

Our Stay
Lovely quiet setting. Gorgeous architecture. Fabulous beds, bedding, and linen. Well supplied. Incredibly neat & clean. Location excellent. Owner anticipated every need with detailed directions for operation of all appliances and equipment.

Family fun
The house is lovely and perfect for a large family. The house is equipped with everything you could need. The deck is a lovely place to relax and watch the golfers and the grazing deer. It is quiet and nicely situated.
Robin is delightful to work with and answered my emails in a very timely manner. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone visiting Black Butte Ranch.

The best family getaway
We rented this house for a family getaway and it was perfect. There are 6 adults and 3 kids in our family and we all had plenty of room to relax and enjoy. The location is awesome because it's not on a main road so we felt like we had our own little space. The house is beautiful and we spent a lot of time around the large dining room table and a lot of time in front of the fire. Robin was very responsive and helped me when I messed up the original reservation. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home! We will definitely be back!

Wonderful, wonderful
Super comfy home, cabin-like feel, A/C, quiet cul-de-sac on golf course, big deck (trex, so no splinters for little or big feet), clean/big hot tub -- I can't rave enough. One of our favorite places was the expansive window seat with a dozen or so pillows, big enough for 3 or 4 people to relax after a day biking and swimming. Robin, the host is immediately responsive and so helpful with all questions and needs. We hope to stay again and again and again.

Wonderful amily house
We loved our stay at Robin's home. Only wished it could have been longer. It was extremely clean and well stocked. I appreciate the nice kitchen pots and pans. and loved the kids lidded cups. The kids had so much fun in the downstairs room with four twin beds. And we loved the huge comfortable bed in the master upstairs. Lots of games and a great yard. pool was fun!Next time, we'll come in the summer!Robin was extremely responsive and kind. A very seasoned and lovely host.

Beautiful Craftsmanship and Golf Course Views
The moment we stepped into the home, we loved the exquisite beams and wood craftsmanship in the living room and upper floor main bedroom. The deck offered many seating areas, a table, lounge chairs, a hot tub and wonderful views on the 14th Fairway. We had a group of 6 adults for a May golf tournament at BB Glaze Meadows. and the living and dining spaces were very comfortable for larger groups. The bench seating alcove off the living space looking over the golf course was a comforting place to sit to relax, read or work. We would definitely come back with our whole family as well since there is a large room with 4 twins, a tv, couch and space for kids and grandkids to play. We had a lovely 4 night stay and recommend this home if you love a unique design and style.

Trustworthy owner
Our stay was cut short due to extreme smoke from wildfires in Oregon. That was a big bummer. However, the owner was excellent as she tried to help us with both our stay as well as cancellation. Robin answered my questions quickly and effectively. When the smoke became too overwhelming she made the cancellation process easy and comfortable. I am very impressed with her service and the house itself was spacious and very comfortable. We will definitely try this property again!

It was a fun stay but...
The check in process was challenging. We also set the place on navigation and it sent us to a different entrance. We couldn't get in that entrance. It would have been helpful to know which entrance we needed to go in. The trash and recycling rules, made it so we wont be back. Way too extensive and too far away from the property. It took an hour just to take the trash and recycling out and come back to the house. It takes away from the stay.

I'm sorry you found the check in challenging, there is only one entrance to the ranch, putting you right at the Welcome Center who gives you a map to the house. The trash and recycling center is on the way out of the ranch, it's not meant for you to make a separate trip, but just to drop it on your way out which is common practice on the ranch.

Great house but burdensome check out
The property is located within Black Butte Ranch ( exclusive neighborhood). Loved the location towards the end of the ranch which was more secluded. The house is very good with excellent supplies. Everything from the kids room with TVs, videos, games was in ample. The kitchen is packed with everything you can think of. The bedrooms are cozy with high quality mattresses and bedding. Living room is beautiful with high quality furniture and nice wood fireplace.
Instructions and in particular the check out instructions was quite excessive with fines and penalties for not following. We stayed 2 nights (43 hrs) and all of our 2nd morning was spend on following the check out instruction. Washing, drying, and folding towels, removing all bedding and taking to the laundry room with washing. Last but not least hauling garbage and recyclables to a facility 5 miles away and out of the ranch was quite excessive. We are a super clean family and every place we have ever stayed we have cleaned up and taken trash outside but this was a new one. This is was not disclosed in the property description. We left a slight unpleasant feel at the end of our stay.

I am happy that you found our house comfortable and well equipped. You were very good guests. I only ask that the pool towels be washed because there isn't enough time for the housekeeper to do that extra load. I also mention in my welcome letter that you are can bring your own pool towels if you don't want to wash mine. It is common practice at Black Butte to have guests take the refuse to the dump which is on the way out of the ranch. I am sorry that this put a damper on your stay.
