In the heart of Savannah’s Historic & Shopping District this glorious property boasts all the modern conveniences for todays comfort. Accommodating up to 10 people, the Villa on Broughton Main + Carriage is comprised of the main house and the carriage house, which makes it for a bridal party retreat or large family get-away.

Entering in on the main floor, you are greeted by the main living room which is the common space for guests to gather. Just beyond, you will find the large dining room that is open to the kitchen. Ideal for families wanting to prepare a large meal, this kitchen is fully equipped with stunning countertops, and new stainless steel appliances. Right out back you'll find the private courtyard, with comfortable furnishings.

Two bedrooms along with 2 sleeper sofas in the main house can comfortably sleep up to 8 guests. For parents wishing to keep their children close, one of the sleeper sofas is located in the lofted room above the primary bedroom. The primary bedroom has a sliding doors to a small balcony overlooking the courtyard. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, and an ample amount of closet space.

In addition to the main house, the carriage house studio can accommodate 2 guests, with a full-size kitchen plus bathroom.

After a day of exploration, come home to relaxing with cocktail in hand in the private courtyard or the rooftop patio.

The Villa on Broughton Main + Carriage is located in the highly coveted neighborhood within the historic district just minutes from the bustling end of Broughton Street and Savannah’s remarkable shops, sights and culinary scene. Just a short walk of two streets you’ll find the attractions of City Market, Bay and River Streets.

Whats parking like for this home?
Guests will have access to one small private garage space (small to midsize vehicles only). All other parking can be found on-street, metered, Monday-Saturday 8AM-8PM. We encourage guests to pay close attention to street signs, as they state when the street cleaner comes.

We enjoyed our stay! The house was equipped with everything we needed including a fully stocked kitchen for cooking. Great surprise! The host was super helpful and responsive when we needed anything!

Living spaces were great and the bonus carriage house over the garage was a great feature. Minutes walk to a coffee/burrito place and to Leopold's. Super convenient location. Lucky Savannah was easy to communicate with and let us store luggage prior to check in and after check out. Only thing was there no tissues around and it would have been helpful to have those around.

Reunion of Seven College Friends

The house is beautiful and in a lovely area of Savannah. It is within walking distance of everything and in a great location. We were pleased with the response when we called about the AC not working. A repairman was sent out that day, and he was knowledgeable and helpful.There are some things that management/people should know. (1) In the main house there is one shower. We had five women in the main house; one shower was not enough. Your other choice is a tub bath. (2) The entryway has wood flooring that merges into steps. The steps are difficult to see. Four of the seven women fell or tripped there! One of our party is a lawyer and said the front entryway is a lawsuit waiting to happen. We would strongly recommend that the owner put some kind of tape or carpeting there so that you can easily distinguish the steps. We finally figured out a way to do that. (3) We needed more toilet paper for four bathrooms and seven women. We were swapping out toilet paper in different bathrooms just to make it! (4) More backup garbage bags are needed for wastebaskets and garbage cans. (5) The remote TV in the Carriage House does not work. (6) The 3-ring binder in the main house is soiled and sticky. The pages are difficult to read. Someone spilled something all over those pages. (6) The listing shows the rooftop, and it looks lovely; however, you have to climb a very narrow, circular set of steps that could frighten many away.

Terrific location.

We are a family of seven. Grandparents, parents, and adult (or almost adult) grandchildren. The main house accommodated the older folks and the carriage house (with an interconnecting private courtyard) provided the younger folks with their own space. Perfect arrangement for our family.Other than a couple of minor glitches at check in due to a couple of wrong codes (there were 4 codes to gain access to both houses) our stay was error-free. The folks at Lucky Savannah were friendly and helpful, even delivering a broom and dust pan, as the house had none.Our location in downtown historic Savannah was perfect for seeing much of the sights in the area.

Fall Break

This is a wonderful place to stay. We get it every fall on our break. They are so helpful if you need anything and the location is the best. We can walk to almost everything. We would highly recommend this villa and plan on staying again next fall

Broughton villa and carriage house

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House is absolutely adorable and has everything you would need. However, we found the conditions of the house, not to be very clean. All the tables were dusty. The toilets had mold in them. The patio had not been swept for weeks. We needed to do dishes before we could eat off them. The front entryway outdoor light was burnt out. The refrigerator was dirty. If the house would’ve been clean, it would’ve been delightful. One other disturbing thing we found was we wanted to get in one hour early as we’ve had a long travel day and just wanted to get rid of our luggage And go to eat and they wanted to charge us $60 to enter the house an hour early not very welcoming The location is fabulous

Awesome home

We had a such a great experience! The home was conveniently located from some many restaurants and River Street. Home was so beautiful and spacious. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Exceeded expectations! The Villa is the perfect spot in Savannah

Not only was the property clean and well-kept, but it had numerous amenities and was in the perfect location. We could walk to plenty of stores, restaurants, parks, and the riverfront within 15 minutes. The surround sound, carriage house, and ample, comfortable space made our weekend away even more special.I also reached out to the rental property multiple times, and they were always able to assist! They were polite an accommodating. I was very impressed with the the management company as well as the property.Things to note: The spiral stairs to the rooftop are a bit narrow, so step cautiously. Also, the master bathroom (the one with the tub) has a shower spout so you can rinse easily. The property has an awesome surround sound system throughout. there were plenty of cooking utensils, seating areas, mirrors, and drawers for storage. There were also extra pillows and blankets. It was a truly well-stocked home with a lot of charm and plenty of space!

Walking distance to everything, and it had everything we needed! The carriage house is a nice addition for a more private room (had the extra kitchen and entrance). The check-in and check-out instructions were easy. We used the option to have the company hold our bags after check out while we waited for our flight which was a great touch! The only thing that bothered us was we were not notified that our house was ready for an early check in. We had asked a few times if we could have an early check in and were told that if it was available/ready/clean, the app/company would let us know and they didn't. We needed to go to the office and then we let us know which was less than ideal.

Perfect Savannah Spot

Nine ladies stayed here for our annual college reunion. We had the main house and the carriage house as well. It was very clean and comfortable. We relaxed and then wandered out right into the historic district for sightseeing and dining. The location is perfect- you can pop in at any time to change or drop off your shopping bags. Close to the river. We had a maintenance issue that was dealt with quickly and easily. Would highly recommend this place.

Pictures do not justice. Place is beautiful. It is huge place. Came with my family of all ages and we all loved it. Perfect location to walk to places. Made great memories. Highly recommend this place to stay. 5 star for sure

Reviewer Comments: As a person with some walking difficulties, I found the railing in the garage apartment stair well to not meet code or the ability to grab for assistance going up the stairs. The square off 2 by 4 does not provide a griping surface. I have large hands and it was still most difficult to use for ascending and descending.

Savannah Getaway

Had a great time, plenty of room for the 6 of us. The beds were very comfortable and everything was clean. The location is just outside of the busy section but close enough. The Carriage house was nice, the entrance is through the garage. We'll be back

Stolen Property

Dear Lucky Savannah, We requested and were charged for an early check in which we were very grateful for. However, when we arrived, the back carriage house bed was unmade and looked like someone had been sleeping in it and the trash had not been taken out. On Friday, July 21 between the hours of 8:30pm and 1:00am, the house was broken into. The second floor balcony sliding door was open and a pillow was wedged in the door. We were VERY diligent about making sure that all doors and windows were locked when we were in the house and when we left the house. We brought a security camera as an additional safety precaution for us ladies staying in the house which was placed in the living room on the first floor. When we went to check the camera footage to see if we saw anyone, the camera was missing. We searched everywhere for it and it is missing. We immediately called the police. The officer checked the main house, patio and carriage house. On the patio, the chairs were misplaced as if someone tried to use the chair to try to climb up to the 2nd floor balcony. After searching the rest of our belongings, we found that a ring was also missing. This morning, one of the girls also found
