Great House and Location

The house was the perfect size for multiple families to stay (especially with the carriage house). We love the location, as we could walk to restaurants, bars, and shops. The two car garage was a big plus. Would definitely stay here again the next time we go to Savannah.

Perfect for a Bachelorette group

I am a local, and booked this property for a group of first time Savannah visitors. The house was beautiful and had perfect Savannah style decor! The carriage home was perfect for the bride, and the court yard was perfect for everyone gathering! I will book this for a group again!

Great family vacation

The property was great. It allowed for my whole family (8 adults and 2 children) to all have their own space and sleep comfortably. It was located with in walking distance to many of the Savannah attractions and was only a short drive to Tybee Beach. The garage parking in the back was clutch and allowed us to not have to worry about street parking. I would recommend this to anyone.

Excellent Location!

Our stay at this estate was absolutely fabulous! The pictures truly didn’t do it justice — the property was even more beautiful and spacious in person. The beds were super comfortable, and there was plenty of room for our entire group to relax and enjoy. The location was convenient to shops and a short walk to River Street. The host staff was incredibly responsive, helpful, and a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. We had such a great experience that we’re already looking forward to renting this property again in the future!

Great Weekend

The house was in a great location. And we had plenty of room for all 9 women because we rented the carriage house as well. Communication with rental company was spot on and timely. They also provided good tips for accessing the home, the garages and the pool. Would definitely recommend!!

Family Getaway

We had a great time with the family taking a mini vacation this past week. Our mother, who is a breast cancer survivor, has cancer in one of the lungs which has spread to her brain so we wanted to do one more trip with the family. She was able to have her children and all of her grandchildren and great grandchildren to be with her. We stayed at the Broughton House Street Estates in a beautiful home that is walking distance to about anywhere you would want to go down town and Southern Belle Vacation Rentals was just wonderful helping us with anything and everything we needed. Check in was a breeze and any questions or concerns we had was just a quick text message away and they replied straight back. I definitely recommend Southern Belle Vacations Rentals and staying at the Broughton House.

Lovely Property In Need Of Maintenance

Awesome location and garage parking. The property managers were nice and quick to communicate and said they would address issues before the next guest. So, before you book maybe ask a few questions about... Maintenance: the fridge handles were falling off; dining table had a mean tilt, so watch your drinks; upstairs windows of foyer need replaced (drafty upstairs overall); loose spindles going up stairs outside to the apartment, so don't let the kids use them for support; many of the blinds have adjustment issues; and when the people at the house next door would smoke pot and cigarettes it would come into our house when the HVAC was cycling. Cleaning: light switches were gross with caked-on gunk, and high-touch areas like chairs and handles were definitely not cleaned; dirty dishes in the cabinets. Our week-long stay allowed us to find more issues than the average guest. It was a pleasant stay and I hope it will be even better for the next group.
