Beautiful farmhouse located on the water. Newly updated kitchen 2023!! Built in the 1860s this cottage is a perfect get away for families. 2,934 square feet. Very cozy and clean. You will love the screened in porch to enjoy your morning coffee. View of Kelley's Island across the lake. Located 1.5 miles from downtown shops, bars, and restaurants. Enjoy 275 feet of lakefront property. Near the Eastern Point of the island. A little piece of heaven. Please no bachelor or bachelorette parties!

Beautiful and very much like home. Very relaxing.

I stayed there with my three adult children and their kids and there was 12 of us teens and preteens and we had the best time and it was beautiful and spacious and I love that it was secluded from the downtown area and it was quiet and I definitely recommend it to anyone And if you rent golf carts, that is an awesome thing to do to ride around the island on the golf carts and about the house it has so much charm, and I knew there was so much history and love and family gatherings there that it just made you feel wonderful !! I would recommend this to anyone who has as many as 12 people or less we slept comfortably .

Great Property, Great Owners

Had a wonderful experience at this property. The owners are the nicest people and were very accommodating to the specific needs of our group. Any inquiries or requests were responded to immediately and the assistance given was excellent. Big Thank you to Rose and Kyrie for the wonderful time and great support during our stay !!

Bachelor Party

The home is in a great location on the island and all 7 of us had plenty of space. Beautiful rock beach for swimming and fishing. Very nice, large property and beautiful home. Highly recommend this home for a vacation with friends/ family. When we had questions, the owners were very responsive.

Amazing Location

Incredible location down a secluded road, on the lake, with huge flat yard for the kids to play in. Many nights sitting out and watching the sunset around a fire. Great communication with the owner, everything you needed. Thank you!

Great place to stay for an island getaway. You will not want to leave the house! They have everything you need with plenty of space for the whole family.

EXCELLENT Area & Home

The photo's don't do this house justice. We loved every minute of being at the house. We had 10 people and there was plenty of space. The master bedroom is on another side of the house and very quiet. I sat by the lake and enjoyed the view and breeze. We all went into town on a golf cart we rented and enjoyed looking around. The house was fully stocked with everything from toilet paper to dishwasher pods, trash bags (not all VRBOs are) and everything we needed to cook. If you're looking for a peaceful home and area to relax this is it.

Charming, well-equipped home in ideal location

What a lovely property! The photos do not do this place justice. The charming home is situated at the end of a long, wooded drive, with an adjacent farmhouse garage, right on the lake with a perfect view of the sunrise from all rooms. Huge backyard perfect for volleyball and running around. Nice privacy and seclusion yet simultaneously very convenient to everything on the island. Everything inside has a story. Plenty of linens, towels, and a fully stocked kitchen and pantry. Communication with the owner was prompt and incredibly helpful. We made so many great memories in this quaint space. We can’t say enough good things about it. Highly recommended!
