Our roomy cottage is the perfect island getaway for families and friends to have fun and unwind. Centrally located, yet off the beaten path - it's walking distance to all of the downtown action. There's also plenty of entertainment space both inside and out to comfortably gather and stretch out.
The large open floor plan gives you the chance to get everyone together. The fully stocked kitchen leads into the large main living area with plenty of lounge and dining seating for everyone.
Outside you'll enjoy the spacious deck and large treed lot - plenty of sun and shade for everyone. You can take your meal outside with the propane grill and large outdoor dining area. The fire pit provides a relaxing night time gathering spot.
The 3 bedroom cottage has 3 queen beds, 2 twin beds and a queen sized memory foam sleeper sofa and can sleep up to 10 people in beds.

2024 Update: All new flooring and paint throughout the home. New mini-split AC/Heating units in each of the bedrooms and main living room. New beds and mattresses in all the bedrooms. Kitchen remodeled in 2022 and bathrooms in 2018.
NOTE: If booking over the weekend, both Friday and Saturday nights must be reserved.

Great place, great location to “downtown”. Had a ton of fun with a large group of ladies! The house has everything you need! We recommend the Put In Bay Rolling Pub and PIB Winery. Beware that the layout of the house is a little wonky. One of the bathrooms is connected to a bedroom that can only be accessed by walking through another bedroom, so if privacy is a concern, something to think about. Additionally, the house sits very close to another house that gives off strange vibes.

The house was very spacious for 7 of us. Sheets and towels were included which was a plus! Location was perfect. Set back in a very quiet neighborhood and an easy walk to all the action.

Great spot for a big group! Tucked away but so close to downtown. We loved all the living space for making memories, games, and more. A great find!
