Featuring rentals of kayaks, row boats, paddle boats, pontoon boats, motorboats, fishing poles, and more, guests will be able to enjoy the water for hours. On cloudy days, head into the waterpark for an additional fee or keep in shape using the on-site fitness room. Play a round of mini golf with the kids or take a dip in one of the 4 pools. Our space has 2 BEDROOMS each with 1 King bed. You'll find a Sofa bed in the living room which can accommodate additional guests.

Upon arrival, you will be asked for a nightly resort fee of $12.50(+tax) and a refundable damage deposit of $115 that will be returned provided no damage or additional cleaning is required. The properties here are individually decorated, so there can be some differences in the decor and furniture layout from one condo to the next, but all are finished to a great standard! LOCAL FAVORITES
If you don't feel like cooking, our favourite place to eat is Abuelo's Mexican Restaurant, just a 16 minute drive away! We suggest visiting the nearby town of Tyler where you can explore the largest Rose Garden in the country. We also recommend taking the kids to the Caldwell Zoo, a 25 minute drive away.

• Please note that the waterpark is open Fridays to Sundays during the Winter and daily in the Summer
• Unfortunately, your furry best friend will have to sit this one out as pets are not allowed in this unit
