Quiet lakefront retreat in gated community on Lake Palestine with beautiful views inside and out. This charming two story lakefront is located 15 minutes southwest of the historic Tyler, Texas. It offers a boat dock great for fishing, beach for swimming, fire pit, BBQ, hammock, cable tv with a sports package, double-car drive-thru carport and a marina just 2min down the road. If you are looking for a relaxing retreat in a tranquil environment this is the place for you. The home is beautifully decorated and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The three bedrooms have high-end memory foam and pillow-top queen mattresses, with soft linens that will make it hard to get out of bed in the morning. The back porch has two levels with a beautiful views of the large tree-lined backyard and the gorgeous lake.

Maravilloso lugar para relajarse

Excelente lugar para escaparte un fin de semana y relajarte frente una vista maravillosa, Hollie estuvo al pendiente de contestar cada pregunta que hice y darme información acerca de lo que necesité. En lo que se refiere a la casa puedo decir que solo una de las camas tiene un colchón más firme y cómodo como a mi me gusta pero dormí bien. Casi siempre que buscamos una casa vamos tres o cuatro parejas con nuestros hijos y tratamos de buscar una que cada habitación tenga su propio baño completo y cuando vimos el anuncio 3 recamaras y 3 baños pensamos que era un baño para cada recámara y no fue así, tuvimos que compartir un baño completo dos familias, quizás fue que no checamos bien que en realidad si decía más abajo del anuncio que eran 2 baños y medio. Todo esto lo recompensa que tuvimos un lindo fin de semana en un lugar bellísimo.

Great communication with host, she was quick to answer all my questions. We enjoyed sitting and having our meals on the deck and found the kitchen to be well equipped and clean. Beds were comfortable and nice clean bathrooms. It was a great stay!

This house was perfect for my family. The neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful!! It’s nice when you can get away from the regular hustle and bustle and just relax!!Hollie was the best host we have ever had with the many houses that we have stayed in!! We will definitely stay here again!!

Beautiful view, can’t see catfish of pier and floated in the lake in the afternoon, and it was amazing. We will definitely stay here again.

Family getaway

Fish were biting and the view was beautiful! We had a wonderful time just fishing off the pier and spending time together! The house is wonderful and has everything we needed! Looking forward to a return trip soon! Hollie was great to work with!

Lovely location, host was great!

The property was just as advertised! My husband and I really enjoyed our 3 night stay, taking advantage of the fire pit, looking at the stars and sitting on the dock benches. Hollie was very helpful with any questions we had and great to work with!

Peaceful getaway

My family and I were in my hometown for a wedding and wanted a place to stay where we could relax after going to a lot of events! This place was absolutely perfect, we did not have one single problem or issue and the host was so incredibly nice and helpful! She even let us use her kid’s fishing poles!! We were able to fish and kayak among just getting to have a homey place to relax after long busy days! My family and I had the best time and my kids are already asking to stay there again!! I highly recommend staying here and definitely will come back! Thanks again Hollie for having such a beautiful place!!

Anniversary trip

We were celebrating our 34th anniversary. Last minute trip. Glad to find this house with a boat dock. House is beautifully decorated. Enjoyed sitting on the porch in the morning drinking coffee. Holly was very responsive with my questions. . Would stay here again

Relaxing Weekend
