Welcome to your beachfront escape! Rent Sapphire Beach (offered by JETT Properties, LLC)

These individually owned condos offer the ultimate beachfront experience. Just steps away from the pristine shore, you’ll enjoy breathtaking, unobstructed views of the ocean and stunning sunrises over St. John. Wake up to the beauty of white sandy beaches, clear blue water, and the vibrant sunrise just outside your balcony door. The location is ideal for honeymoons, romantic getaways, sun-soaked adventures, or total relaxation. You can step directly onto the quiet beach or take a short walk to the pool or marina, where slip rentals and day trips are available.

On-site amenities include a beach bar (Sapphire Beach Bar), pizza (Paradise Pie) and upscale dining (Sea Salt) restaurants, and a coffee shop (The Beach Buzz), conveniently located on the far side of the complex. There is also a clean, beautifully situated pool.

The nearby town of Red Hook is just minutes away, offering ferry access to St. John, as well as fantastic dining, nightlife, and entertainment options.

Sapphire Beach is one of the best beaches on St. Thomas, renowned for its exceptional snorkeling.

While Sapphire Beach Resort and Marina may be called a “resort,” it doesn’t offer the typical resort amenities like spas, tennis courts, or cabana service. What it does offer is unparalleled proximity to one of the most beautiful beaches in St. Thomas—a true paradise.

Breathtaking views

The stay was very comfortable and the location of the property was amazing. We could see the sun rise from our bedroom.

Relaxing Stay & Amazing Views!

We loved our stay at the Beachtacular corner unit! Sapphire Beach is stunning and the views from the balconies were the absolute best part! The building itself is older but this condo has several upgrades and all the basics! Everything is light and bright and clean. Strong WiFi and A/C and comfortable beds. We slept so well and building D is very quiet. It suited our family perfectly. The Murphy bed was a bonus instead of a pullout couch for our teen girls. My husband and I loved the upstairs space and this layout was great for a family of 4. So nice having a beautiful beach just around the corner and the restaurant, bar, coffee shop were just a short walk farther. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back! This was the perfect home base for us to explore St Thomas, ferry over to St John, and catch our BVI sailing trip. Bernard was very quick on communication and check in/check out simple.

This property was amazing! Spectacular views (as advertised), clean, very quiet and with easy access to Sapphire Beach (which was beautiful and well maintained). The location was perfect if you wanted to catch one of the many ferries hitting the surrounding islands as Red Hook was a short taxi ride away ($6-7 dollars a person). There were a couple of options for food on the property and we loved the little pizza joint next to the beach bar. Overall the place had a very laid-back, relaxing atmosphere and would highly recommend!

Best Views of all the Islands!

This 2 story corner unit was even better than the photos or description. The 1st floor has a full kitchen equipped with everything you need, (only thing missing was a dishwasher) but was a minor thing to wash a few dishes . Living area is nice but the deck area is really what makes this unit stand out. You can see all the islands and it wraps around to the marina view. There is a big table , where we enjoyed lunch and breakfast a few days. On the 2nd floor was a huge bedroom another full bathroom and the view from this balcony is even better than the 1st floor. The place was spotless . So clean. You literally walk a building over and your right by the pool and the beach. Communication with the owner was also excellent and any questions we had , he answered his phone immediately. If we are ever in St. Thomas again we will definitely stay here.

Wonderful location and very clean!

This was the cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed in’ looked at several locations on island but so glad we picked this one! The views were amazing and sapphire beach is the best!

Best view in Smith Bay

Wonderful views! Very quaint. If you are looking for quiet and beautiful views out your windows, this is your place! The beach is a simple short walk.

We loved our stay here. The condo was very nice, clean, and had the most amazing views. There were restaurants, a coffee shop, bar, and boutique just a short walk down the beach (or sidewalk if you didn’t want to get sandy). Everyone in the area was super nice, helpful, and knowledgeable about the island. Taxi service was available to take you anywhere on the island. Sapphire beach was beautiful. The Red Hook area was nice to walk around too. And the ferry was easy to take to spend a day in St. John. (Take a taxi to Red Hook or the ferry though; the roads are rough for walking). We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Beautiful spot- views are amazing. Very comfortable. Several restaurants and coffee shop on site. Prompt communication with property owner. Very pleased and we did not want to leave! We will be back!

Perfect location for a perfect vacation

We stayed for 8 days and the condo has the best views on the island. The corner units are our favorite. This one didn’t disappoint. Clean, with plenty of beach towels.

Dreaming of These Views

We had a great experience at Sapphire Beach. This property was a huge part of that, the views and location could not be beat anywhere else!! We let the ocean breeze blow through every day, no need for air conditioning. You are right next to the pool, a few minutes walk from amazing snorkeling, boat charters, food, bar. Would absolutely stay here again!

Best Location

As far as the view and location, this is the best condo in the resort. From the balconies you can see the pool, the beach, St John, and the marina (Building D). Although the condo itself is not “luxurious,” it is cleaner than most rentals and will meet all of your needs. The king bed was comfortable, the towels were soft, there is Roku TV, some toiletries and cleaning products were provided. If you need to do laundry, it is $8 per load in the Marina trailer right outside the building. The owner is extremely responsive and never made me feel guilty for reaching out (batteries died in the thermostat, help with extra sheets, etc.). I felt very safe throughout the resort. If I ever have another chance to visit St. Thomas, I would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect location!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The listing is very accurate. It has the most beautiful views! It was so nice to sleep with the balcony door open and listen to the ocean. Check in/out process was very easy. The owner is very responsive and communication with him was great. Highly recommend this condo! Would definitely stay here again :)

Amazing Views

I was there for a wedding and this condo had the best views out of everyone I was with. The property manager was great. When ever I had a question or concern he contacted me back within 15 minutes and any issues were addressed immediately.

Beautiful Location!

This was a gorgeous location! The corner unit was perfect, I’m so glad we choose this one. Sapphire beach is awesome and perfect location to Red Hook for food, shopping and day trips. The condo itself was a tad outdated, small kitchen - the bathroom door upstairs lock doesn’t work, I got locked in the bathroom. The air conditioner upstairs didn’t work either and when it did it was a very short period of time. The staff was wonderful. Be sure to have cash for the taxis if you aren’t renting a car. The snorkeling at the beach is JUST OKAY if you’re into that. The clear water was stunning. There’s a pool on site but the area was under construction and noisy when we went.

Perfect location in St Thomas

Very accurate listing, great communications and very helpful guide to the Island provided by the owner. Two balconies each right over the beach - amazing! Prevailing winds are right off the sea. Sleeping with the balcony door open with amazing breeze and listening to the ocean all night was a highlight. Definitely recommend a car rental for getting around.

A nice, clean condo!

We had a great week at this condo with our young kids. We have stayed at sapphire beach before so we knew what to expect with location etc. I’m going to list out some pros and cons from our stay. We probably wouldn’t stay here again for a couple reasons I’ll list below. Pros: - *This condo has the most beautiful views I’ve ever seen! The balcony is huge and in the best spot for the most perfect views! We preferred this building over buildings closer to the beach bar. *The condo was very clean. *The management of the condo was very responsive. *Check in/out process was very easy! *The bathrooms were very clean and nice! Cons- *There was no beach chairs, beach bags, beach toys, only 2 beach towels there for use. Other places we’ve stayed we have everything we’ve needed plus some. *There was snorkel things there but they were really dirty and covered in sand still. *The pull out couch upstairs was probably the most uncomfortable one we’ve ever slept on. The mattress is sinking into the bars and very very uncomfortable and loud. I understand a pull out couch isn’t a true bed- but this one is really bad. *Before we got there the management said he needed to schedule an “inspection” on the condo. I agreed to a certain day/time and they didn’t come so we had to reschedule a different day. With the amount of money we paid, I think the inspection could have been coordinated around when the condo wasn’t occupied. We were paying to stay, and I don’t feel like we should have had to communicate and accommodate our vacation around an inspection. *no smart TV upstairs Overall it was a nice, clean property but it really lacked anything extra you might need for your vacation that we’ve experienced at other places.

Exceeded expectations!

From the very beginning, the host (Dave) was incredibly helpful and responsive with all of our questions and concerns, especially traveling with the up-tic of travel restrictions and process. The condo had EVERYTHING we needed - and then some… even a USB charging plugs. The location was perfect! The king bed was the MOST comfortable bed I think I’ve ever slept on away from home. Wonderful vacation ! Carolyn
