This property has it all! It was clean, exactly as pictured, and offered a very comfortable home away from home for our week in St. Thomas. Great communication with the property management company. So many extras!

Excellent experience! The check in instructions were easy, and the host was extremely responsive before and during our stay. The condo was exactly as shown and described in the listing, spotlessly clean, well stocked, beautifully decorated, and conveniently located. Beach access was great and we could walk to several restaurants. We stayed 10 nights and did not want to leave! At one point we experienced loss of internet due an islandwide outage, and Jon came to the rescue to deliver his own personal StarLink device. Cell service was also great at this location.This is a gated community, and while there are no designated parking spots finding a spot close to the condo was never an issue. The community is peaceful and quiet while being walkable to Sapphire Beach and quick driving distance to Red Hook. The outdoor seating area is fenced in and private. The screened in porch is nice for rainy days or morning coffee. Having a washer/dryer was super convenient (laundry detergent included!), and the kitchen appliances were all new and in good working order. Kitchen was stocked with all the essentials as well as some extras like coffee, condiments, spices, etc. Having been to St. Thomas many times, it’s clear the property manager puts a lot of care into their units, and I would not hesitate to book this condo again.

Amazing Property

The unit was immaculate and included all the conveniences you need for a great beach vacation. The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed the beach toys, chairs, and towels provided. Thank you for an incredible stay!

Beyond Expectations!

This was our first trip to the US VI, and we debated about what part of St. Thomas to stay on. Now, having explored most of the island on our trip, we are confident in saying that we were in the best spot. Not only is a beautiful beach steps away, but Red Hook, with its many dining and shopping options, and its ferry access to St. John is <5-minutes away.

This property truly has everything you need in St. Thomas. The location was perfect, and communication with the hosts was excellent throughout our stay. We had a couple of small hiccups, but each one was resolved immediately, and the hosts followed up to make sure we were fully informed and supported. We couldn’t have been happier with our experience. Highly recommend!

Loved it! Super cozy bed & pillows. Having the sand room when you enter is a huge help for keeping sand minimal inside. The ac stayed nice and cold. And literally steps from the beach. Only complaint is the pool at the property could use a little love, obviously not in the host hands, that would be the properties responsibility! Will definitely return and stay here again.
