You will fall in love with this luxurious four bedroom, four bathroom single-level home in a secluded woodland setting with stunning views of Puget Sound, the Olympic Mountains, and exquisite sunsets. Amenities include a large deck with outdoor dining table and well-maintained hot tub. An open floor plan with beautifully remodeled kitchen, dining, and living rooms provides the perfect place for a large family, a group of friends, or a small business retreat.
[Note: this is a quiet, peaceful, idyllic place, and our neighbors appreciate that aspect of it too. For this reason, we discourage you from booking with us if you’re looking for a place to party with your friends. We care about our neighbors!]

What a wonderful place to stay. The home was clean and well stocked with amenities. Plenty of living space and the view was extraordinary.

We totally enjoyed our stay. The house layout offered great family gathering areas as well as privacy. The kitchen was well appointed and spacious. The views from the main room and deck were spectacular. Watching the local deer, birds and whales from the deck was very entertaining. The sunsets were amazing. We also enjoyed the central location on Whidbey Island. We had a wonderful, relaxing time and would rent the house again.

The Good Place is an exquisite home, spacious and beautifully decorated, and immaculate throughout. Hot tub and Weber BBQ were clean and ready to use. The kitchen is well appointed and the beds are very comfortable. The only problem is the view. It makes you never want to leave! Even if you have planned sightseeing adventures. ;)

Amazing place to stay on Whidbey Island!

My family and I had a wonderful trip, and this property was a big reason why. It is spacious and beautiful, I would highly recommend!

This was a fabulous home. Greg was very responsive to any questions I had. The setting was beautiful. The house was very well equipped. Great kitchen with lots of supplies. Beds were comfortable. Hot tub was on deck with great views. Lots of beds and linen supplies. Definitely recommend this house.

“The Good Place”? I would call it The Great Place. We had a wonderful time. Great hang out places, comfortable, spacious, and of course a lovely view. We enjoyed the kitchen, the amenities and the aesthetics. It was really nice without being “precious”. There were many details that made this place great, including the comfortable beds, real glassware and just well appointed spaces. The owner was very responsive and wonderful.

Love this place

This was a perfect place for a family gathering. One of the best floor plans ever for a family with all age groups, and the view is breathtaking. We plan to stay here again.

This home was such a recharging retreat. A peaceful oasis nestled in the woods. There is a home not too far...yet, we felt it was just us and nature. Just what we were looking for! The home itself is immaculate and very comfortable. The kitchen was dreamy...complete with on demand hot water...perfect for tea lovers. We enjoyed the fireplace while overlooking the ocean. The hot tub was clean and relaxing. Our family enjoyed overlooking the water at sunset and were moved by the bald eagles and osprey that were flying overhead. Thanks for sharing this home. We hope to return one day!

Lovely stay on Whidbey

We had a wonderful girls trip on Whidbey and absolutely loved the house. The views were beautiful, the house had everything we needed, and the owner was very responsive when we had questions. Would definitely recommend.
