Bright 40sqm apartment on the second floor of an historic building ,in the Old Town, in a pedestrian zone, a few steps away from lake (5 mn), shops and traditional french markets. It is ideally situated close to many sports, nautical and cultural activities.

We loved our stay in Annecy. The apartment was such a good location and was extremely well kitted out with everything we needed. A lovely historic building and the little balcony was nice to sit on and watch passers by.

Absolutely charming apartment with balcony overlooking a pedestrian street, located in the quiet section of the old town.The apartment had everything we needed for an enjoyable 8-night stay. Spotlessly clean, comfortable furnishings and fantastic shower! Hosts were attentive and helpful. They had wonderful suggestions for cafes and restaurants. A great place to stay in France’s most beautiful town!

Absolutely adorable!! The online pics don’t do it justice. To hear the church bells while drinking coffee on the outside balcony was incredible! Walking distance to everything and the location was great to walk the canals before everyone else woke up was precious!! Would definitely stay here again. Felt like home!!!

Beautiful balcony

We loved the apartment and the balcony and the location is fantastic. Just be aware that this is the third floor on medieval winding stone steps.

It was a lovely property. In a great location, close to the canals and restaurants. The balcony was a wonderful bonus. The hosts were easy to connect with, and check in was very easy.

Lovely characterful apartment in beautiful town.

Well presented apartment in lovely location. Apartment is small, but thoughtfully laid out and equipped and perfect for a couple. Great location in old town and close to restaurants and many food shops for self catering. Close to Hotel de Ville car park for underground parking.

My wife and I had a lovely stay at this fantastic property,the place was easy to find from the bus station and the check in was exactly how it was explained in the communication. Amazing Annecy

The property is in a very good location with Annecy lake just around the corner and in the old town. There are many cafes and restaurants to be found just outside of the door to the apartment with many many more within the old town. The apartment has everything you could want for a short stay. The hosts Robert and Jacqueline were lovely and responded to any communications quickly and helpfully.

Comfortable 1BR apartment in Annecy's historic central ville

Centrally located on a pedestrian lane amidst shops and restaurants, this 1 BR apartment is comfortable, updated, well-equipped and quiet. An easy walk to the Jardins de l'Europe, the Lac d'Annecy and the Monoprix. And, just around the corner is the pictoresque le Palais de l'Île. Highly recommend staying here -- we were glad we did!

Great apartment

Lovely apartment, right in the heart of the old town and close proximity to the lake. Very well appointed and lovely balcony to sit out on. There is a spiral staircase to the apartment however it is quite wide and we had no issues with the suitcases. Annecy is amazing and we will defnitely be back.

Beautiful flat, great location

This apartment is a gem, tucked away just beside the old prison and canal in the heart of Annecy. Although the photos may make it seem small, the spaces flow so well together that it feels spacious. It is also very well designed by the owners for every convenience. On the balcony, you are close to the centre of everything but with the windows shut, it is silent. Perfect! We had a wonderful time.

A bit of heaven in Annecy

This was our second visit to Annecy and couldn’t have been happier with our accommodations. Their apartment is well appointed with many comforts from the well supplied kitchen to a lovely balcony where we enjoyed two dinners overlooking a pedestrian walkway. Just minutes to the lake and 12 minutes to swimming the location is perfect. The hosts were very prompt to respond and made it easy to enter. On our next trip we will stay again here. Thank you!!

Superb accommodation in heart of Old Town.

Perfect little apartment in a great location. Very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Full of character. Good shower. Loved sitting on the balcony just listening to the hubbub of life below. Be aware it is on 2nd floor up a spiral staircase for taking luggage up but we managed fine. Delighted to recommend.

Great balcony

This small apartment was very well set up and felt larger than it’s square footage. Everything you need to cook if you feel inclined. Awesome people watching from the balcony. Easy walking town with such clean canals.. We enjoyed shopping at the local markets and the wine shop right next door! The owners were very responsive to any questions we had before and during the trip. The 32 step spiral staircase took a bit getting used to for 70+ yrs olds.

GREAT STAY.

Apartment was everything we hoped it would be. Very Clean and well organized, the owners hadn't missed a thing to make the apartment cosy and welcoming. Lovely lighting. Cute little balcony to have morning coffee on. Although compact it does not feel that way as it was set up to make the most of every spare space. Lots of place for clothes, nice big bedroom, functional kitchen. In the heart of the old town but very quiet. Would we stay again......most definitely. No elevator and on 2nd floor with a spiral staircase, we are 73 years old and managed fine.

Charming Annecy Appartment

This is a lovely apartment in a perfect location in old town Annecy. The apartment is in a historic building and it beautifully furnished in a very rustic style. Wood floors, timber ceiling beams, stone relief tiles, and wooden French doors in the living room and bedroom which both lead out to a large balcony overlooking the street, with a view of the mountains and Hotel de Ville. I was there for a week business trip and I was perfect for me. No more hotels when you can return from work and have enjoy a warm comfortable apartment. The kitchen is small but has everything a cook needs, and the owners have taken care to provide exactly what a cook needs to support any meal. The knives in the knife block were very sharpened! Even a juicer and salad spinner to make my own salads and salad dressing with the lemon I purchased from the market. The bedroom has a comfortable queen bed and desk. The lighting throughout the apartment is modernized, with indirect mini spotlights illuminating the decorations. Two contemporary ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom for comfort. The bathroom is modern with a very large shower with multiple shower heads. The apartment is a short walk from the grocery store, restaurants, and the markets. It is close to the lake with its beautiful parks. The apartment is perfect for a couple, and maybe an additional small child. The owners are marvelous and communicate often to assure that all is in order. I will surely select this apartment again when returning to Annecy. It was perfect for me!

Vieille ville Annecy

Une ville très pittoresque, très agréable à visiter on ne s'en lasse pas et un lac magnifique à toutes heures une symphonie des couleurs à différents moments de la journée. Pleins de bon restaurants . De plus nous conseillons notre location de soucis dans le coeur du viel Annecy !! The location of Robert and Jacqueline apt could not have been more perfect! A beautiful short stroll to Lake Annecy, fabulous restaurants, and from the awesome balcony, I got to enjoy all the Xmas decorations and listen to all the Xmas music from Xmas Market. Thanks again Robert and Jacqueline for being such lovely host and providing all lucky enough to stay at your place....a cozy home away from home!

As children, we used to come for the weekend in Annecy to eat icecreams in the Old town, to admire swans swimming on canals, go on pedal boat on the lake and enjoy the beach ...today we are a retired couple and it is with pleasure that we want to share our love for this city.

We had a real 'coup de coeur' for this apartment ideally situated in a historic building reachable by a magnificent spiral staircase in stone.
Inside everything had to be renovated but the magnificent viewfrom the wrought iron balcony on the church Saint-Maurice conquered us.

Craftsmen in our soul we completely recreated, from floor to ceiling, this apartment by reorganizing all the roomsgiving priority to functionality and luminosity. In a concern of sustainable development, we improved the heat and phonic insulation and by choosing noble and natural materials we have created a warm and comfortable atmosphere.
