Welcome to this Old Charm Craftsman-style home located in a historic neighborhood in Downtown Riverside, a few blocks walking distance from the historical Mission Inn, Fox Theatre, and other notable landmarks. This home is for those guests who prefer an elegant stay.
As you walk in, you will enter the foyer of this home with a beautiful chandelier, access to the living room & another entrance to the dining room, an open floor plan, high ceilings, new wood floors, and tall living room windows for an old southern feel of wanting to entertain family and friends. Enjoy your mornings on our breakfast area island adjacent to the beautifully decorated large kitchen with brand new cabinets and quartz to keep those family/friends gatherings going.
The bedroom has its own individual air conditioning unit to keep you nice and cool during these hot summer days.
Let this home take your breath away as you visit beautiful downtown Riverside and all it has to offer. Enjoy your stay in a historic home with old style charm! It may very well take your breath away!
You are booking the entire downstairs portion of the house for you and your guest which provides full privacy during your stay. The upstairs area will remain private and secured . There will be no one in the home but you and your guest.
