Fire pit right at waters edge and private sandy beach with canoe, 5 kayaks - 3 adult, 2 youth, and 4 paddle boards for your use. **Use at own risk- life jackets provided. Fish, swim or relax on our floating swim raft. Corn hole, can jam, badminton and a variety of lawn games provided. House has wi-fi and cable and a full back-up generator.

The Town of Schroon Lake is a few miles away with several restaurants, live music, weekly farmers market, craft fairs, coffee shop, bakery, biking, access to amazing hiking, and a 9 hole golf course right in town. The town offers an amazing public beach with life guards on duty and newly refurbished tennis courts. The local marina offers daily - weekly rentals. We are only 25 minutes to Lake George where you can shop, boat, parasail or take a cruise. We are also just about an hour to Lake Placid which offers visits to olympic sites, a bustling town or a visit to Whiteface mountain as well as many other ADK mountains for hiking.
